The problem here is that those sites are exactly the kind of sites that the Panda and the EMD updates were designed to filter out of the search results and whilst you don't need to make changes to the domain names you will lose additional value from those exact match domains and you need to make considerable changes to the content of each website to make them a unique and valuable search result.
If we look at the first site in the list and take a small selection of text:
"Welcome to the Hampton Inn Denver-International Airport Hotel"
If we google this we get over 30 sites returned using this exact same description as you are using on that page.
If we just stop to consider the initial blog post that Google put out about Panda and what they were targeting I believe this holds much of the answer for you and the approach you need to adopt going forward.
"This update is designed to reduce rankings for low-quality sites—sites which are low-value add for users, copy content from other websites or sites that are just not very useful. At the same time, it will provide better rankings for high-quality sites—sites with original content and information such as research, in-depth reports, thoughtful analysis and so on."
http://googleblog.blogspot.co.uk/2011/02/finding-more-high-quality-sites-in.html
You need to consider the content on these sites. Don't use content that is copied from other sites and create original content and information that provides value to potential users. Maybe expand on some of the attractions guides or identify other content that is of value to your target audience and use that to help promote the sites and bring people in.
Sorry, I wish there was a simple, easy or even technical answer to this but I suspect you just need to make the content a whole lot better and more unique and you will be okay. Can't promise the EMDs will rank as well as they may have done previously but certainly, there is a lot you can do.

What I feel is that EMD update is about stripping out the extra values some exact matched domains were enjoying. For say, this domain http://www.wingatehotelcolumbia.com is most likely to get better ranking in key phrase like this – “Wingate Hotel Columbia” , just because the domain has the keywords in it. But now this is coming to an End. Of course there are some issues like when you have a domain this like, even when you are building Link with branded terms, it will appear to Google that you are acquiring links with exact matched key words that might trigger a Penguin penalty.
So, there are two options –
- 1. You need to continue building great quality links and create a brand presence
2. You need to buy a new domain that does not look like a series of keywords.
_It is your take. _

When you say, you've been affected, what exactly do you mean? When did you see the impact and what % was the drop in traffic?
Have you logged into Google Places for each business and checked the analytics/impressions/clicks for each? Is the dropoff happening their too?
One thing I noticed that I believe is hurting you is that these two pages appear to be for the same business:
http://www.fairfieldinnhotelaurora.com
http://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/denas-fairfield-inn-and-suites-denver-aurora-southlands/
This is a big problem because although your web site is legitimate, can you blame google for perhaps seeing it as an imposter when Marriott.com (in all it's authoitative glory) has the same business? If this is happening on every one of your domains (all of which appear to be franchises of bigger corporations) then my money is Marriott.com page is what's causing your domain to be flagged. I would re-submit your site to Google and explain the situation...hopefully once a human eye sees the scenario, they will fix the issue.
In Google's defense though, it's easy to see why they would flag your domains...imagine if you bought a domain name like chicagounitedairlines.com and Google didn't flag it?

Google Algo Update
Hi I'm trying to look into how the update in Oct - Nov affected our site. It's positive with us ranking for more keywords, but I wondered if anyone knew what had changed. For example, one of our pages ranked for 291 keywords in October, now it ranks for 406 keywords. We've done nothing to this page in that time. I just want to try and understand what's happening with the algorithm a little more (although I'm sure everyone does :). Does anyone have any insights? Thanks!

Does Google like pricing information?
Over the last year I have noticed a trend in a couple of industries. Google seems to prioritise landing pages with pricing information in the content. This seems more important than it used to. One industry is high end industrial machines. Traditionally there isn't a price list as everything is bespoke for the customer. Low end machines that display an off the shelf price are now ranking higher than they used to. This is frustrating because the different machines meet different customer requirements. However, both sorts of customers are likely to use the same search terms. Has anyone else noticed this trend?

Google domain search
Hello all, I'm a newbie to SEO, so you'll have to bear with me. I just started a website LangleyHomeSaerch.com a few months ago and am having trouble ranking with google. When I search "Langley Home Search" with Yahoo or Bing, it comes up on the first page. However when I search it with google it doesn't seem to rank even in the first few hundred pages. The only way I can get a match from google is if I search "Langley HomeSearch" or "LangleyHomeSearch". I know due to google's newer algorithms that there is less importance put on domain name matches, but is this normal, or is there anything I can do to improve it? Thx, Colby Langley, BC

How to deal with EMD penalty?
After some research I would say my site have been hit by an EMD penalty, it seems many other people have faced the same. It would be very useful to know how to deal with this, many topics discuss the reasons behind it, but few have a realistic response for fast action. I am in two minds - one would be to try and improve content etc, but this is subjective and could take any amount of time, or never resolve the issue. The other would be to move the content to a new URL, which poses the question, should I do a 301 redirect, or would this just transfer the penalty? If no redirect, then I am proposing starting fresh - as the sites hit by EMD penalties are deemed 'low quality' this might be the fastest way to recovery. If I move the old content to my established main site as a sub folder, would this cause any problems? Many thanks for people responses.

Related Searches in Google
Hello, We're helping a client remove/minimize some negative information about their brand in Google's search results. Just curious about your take on if the related searches that appear at the bottom of Google search results can in any way be influenced or if it is more a combination of so many factors that any one person or organization wouldn't be able to change very easily? I've heard the related results could be influenced if enough queries generated overtake the "negative" queries done initially but I feel like that is venturing into black hat land a bit. thanks -Mike
