Locations of Branded Reports?
-
I just upgraded to the next tier (2nd level) to gain access to the branded reports, but I cannot locate this option anywhere at all? Can you help me locate it by any chance?
The http://pro.moz.com/campaigns link does not have any accessible global settings…and the http://analytics.moz.com/manage-campaigns link now refers to the new analytics which does not contain any branded reports options.
I must be missing something…

All good– Thank you, Miranda!

Hi Stephan! Sorry, I wanted to wait and see if we could fix it quickly first. And it should be fixed now! Please log in and you should find the ability to brand your reports in Campaign Settings in the PRO version. Let me know if you have any issues!

You are correct. No levels of Moz Analytics allow for any reporting at this time. I apologize for that; it is still being worked on and is likely that PDF reports will be added by the end of this month and full custom reporting shortly thereafter. We're working on updating our pricing page to reflect this reality. Again, very very sorry about that. Please do pursue a refund with our Help team if this affects your ability to get the most out of our tools.
Some users still have access to the old PRO version of our tools. There was a separate issue there where the Medium pricing level isn't recognizing the users' ability to brand their reports, and that is now fixed.
Again, my apologies for all of this. I understand it affects your ability to do reports for your clients. It is very high priority for us and we're working hard to get it resolved quickly.
Thanks and please let me know if you have any more questions!

Hi Miranda,
Thanks for getting back to me. I want to make clear, that I'm not on a free trial, I have upgraded to the Pro account.
I also was hoping to get clarification on something that you said in your response to me on 10/11 - "When we launched our new Moz Analytics product, we also launched a new pricing plan with the new "Medium" level. Unfortunately, our old PRO tool doesn't recognize this new level for branded reports."
I gather from what you said that I can upgrade to a higher level account to access these reports?
I believe Stephen T. is wondering something similar.
So just to be clear, **is there any level of Moz Analytics subscription that allows for reporting (of any kind) at this time? **
I really appreciate your help on this.
Thank You,
Chris

Thank you for the update, Miranda. Were you able to investigate a possible solution so that I can have access to the branded reports from Pro (at least)?
-
Hey Chris,
I apologize. We are still in the process of adding custom reporting and PDF reports to Moz Analytics. We hope to have PDFs available by the end of the month and custom reports shortly after. So sorry about the inconvenience in the meantime. If this limits the value of our tools do you, please do write in to extend your free trial and I apologize for the wait.

Thank you Miranda,
I really appreciate you looking into it asap, and the month credit. That does really help since I upgraded specifically for these branded reports.
That being said, until it can get fixed, am I stuck with either choosing to upgrade for another $100, to the next level or can I at least give my clients reports with the Moz branding? I don't actually see an option for reporting at all...
Thank you for taking the time to look into this.
Sincerely,
Chris

Ok, I think I know what's happening here. When we launched our new Moz Analytics product, we also launched a new pricing plan with the new "Medium" level. Unfortunately, our old PRO tool doesn't recognize this new level for branded reports. We assumed this wouldn't be an issue because we hoped to have branded reports added to Moz Analytics by now, but we're still testing and building that feature.
This was an oversight on our part; I apologize. I've let our engineers know and we're going to see if we can get the old PRO tool to recognize the Medium level and allow branded reports asap. We'll also give you a month credit for the hassle. Please just write to help@moz.com and let them know about this and they can get you the credit.
Sorry about that. I'll update this thread as soon as I have an ETA on the fix.

Moz Pro for simple local seo status reporting
I have a new client on a small budget with a local yoga studio. There's been no SEO work on this site so far, so, after the basics, I plan to work through the items on this list: https://moz.com/blog/top-20-local-search-ranking-factors-an-illustrated-guide I'm a new Moz Pro user and am looking for advice on how to use Moz Pro tools with my client to review progress over time...a simple checklist of reports/metrics to share and track, and to use in weekly status reports. Or, in other words, how can I configure and use Moz Pro tools for basic progress tracking? This is not a sophisticated, SEO-savvy client, so I want to keep things very simple. Thanks for any ideas or pointers. Dave

Date Range Control On Custom Reports?
I noticed on my dashboard that I have the ability to switch between a most recent weekly view and a monthly view, which is great because I can compare site progress on a monthly basis when the full months data has been prepared. Problem is, there doesn't seem to be an obvious similar control on the custom reporting tab. Ideally, I would like to be able to create custom reports that are based on Monthly metrics rather than weekly. This seems like pretty basic functionality, surely, I'm overlooking something simple here? Can you all steer me in the right direction on this, thanks!

Branded email notifications
Hi there MOZ! Is it possible white label or brand the email notifications as related to scheduled Custom Reports? Currently, they arrive with MOZ branding. Of course when the report is viewed it has my company branding, but I am looking for a seamless branding approach to deliver to clients. Thanks! Dino
