I make a new campaign and nothing happens?

I have just set up an account and when I make my first campaign it stays at stage one, nothing happens?

Hi Belinda,
Thanks for the update! I am glad that your campaigns are up and running now. Yes! As far as that login issue, we are working on fixing that. If you have any issues with your individual account in the future, please email the Help Team at help@moz.com. Thanks so much for hanging in there. We appreciate your patience.

Hi Christy
It is working now thank you. Although I am finding that the system doesn't always save my campaign settings. For example, after adding social and competitor information, then when I return to the interface, having signed out and signed back in, I need to add some settings again, such as the campaigns social settings and competitor settings. Currently now, all is saving correctly.
Regards
Belinda

Hi,
I have now tried this stage on:
iMac : Safari, Chrome, Firefox - cookies allowed
Mac Mini: Safari, Chrome, Firefox - cookies allowed
iPad
PC: Chrome, Opera, Firefox - cookies allowed
every single time I add the first stage details of Campaign name and site to track, press next, the wheel spins then nothing, all options remain greyed out.
This is very annoying when your information says you can get up and running in 5 minutes.
Can you advise please.
Belinda

sounds as if there is something wrong with your settings within the browsers in general... do you accept cookies?
If you have the possibility to use a different PC/MAC or even a tablet you should try out that...
I use moz with Opera under Win 7 Ultimate and everything works fine...

Hi, When I go to Creat a Campaign, stage one seems to be 'basics' I enter a campaign name and a site to track, press next and then nothing happens...
It doesn't take me to the next stage.
I have tried the form in Safari, Firefox and Chrome, nothing happens to take me to the next stage of setting up a campaign ?

how many time has passed since you set up your campaign?
It might take up to 1 week until you get any (first) data...

When setting up a new campaign for a client should I add keywords
I'm new to Moz and SEO. When setting up a new campaign there are some keywords pre-filled. Sometimes there are a lot. Sometimes they are very client-specific rather than for the sector or for a search. Sometimes there are very few poor quality keywords. Should I research keywords so that there are as many as possible relevant keywords when first setting up the campaign or leave it as it is and add keywords later?

Setting up Moz Pro campaign for a subfolder
Hi, I'm just setting up my first campaign and would like some advice please. I have a website and also within it a a number of pages in a sub folder. These are technically a different business to the main website and I would like to track them separately in Moz so they can have their own keyword lists and competitors etc. How do I do this? Do I set up two separate campaigns www.site.com

www.site.com/subfolder I understand the first one might still report on the subfolder but I guess I could just ignore this. Thanks0 -
Campaign structure for seasonal client
Hi guys, I've got a very seasonal client and I'm wondering which way would be best to set up a MOZ account for them: Option 1: Multiple campaigns (Same URL, Same competitors, Different keywords) Option 2: Single campaign (All keywords labelled by season) Option 3: Something else? Thanks guys - All ideas welcomed!

What level of GA user permission is required to add a GA profile to a campaign?
Can I confirm whether or not a specific level of access is required to connect Google Analytics to a campaign? Or if access, whatever user permission level that may be will suffice? GA User Permissions

New to using MOZ. Familiar with Google Analytics. With MOZ is there a code snippet to include on my site?
Just taken over web marketing responsibilities at my company. Will be doing some major website upgrades soon. I'm not familiar with MOZ and don't want to overwrite anything. So when setting up MOZ, is there a code snippet that goes anyplace on the site like there is with Google analytics? Thanks.

I am new to MOZ, I set up one tracking campaign two weeks ago, I have tracked no keywords, I have done some keyword research for ranking difficulty and in two weeks I have already hit 50K pages crawled, I'm maxed out, is this common?
I am a startup and can't afford the higher plans yet. And even their highest plan is 600K pages crawled, which seems really low considering how lightly I used the tool and how quickly I hit 50K. Does anyone have any advice or information on how they use the tool on lower packages? Did I do something wrong to hit 50K pages crawled that fast? Does this pricing make any sense, it seems like an incredibly high price, I love the tool, any help is appreciated.

I'm new to Moz, where can I find something that explains the basics of everything?
For instance how do I use the Rank Tracker or Keyword Tool. I want to get the most out of Moz and I need a resource that explains it. Thanks
