Twitter account that copies all your tweets
-
Hello I have this twitter account https://twitter.com/sabiastuque_ about curiosities and there is another twitter account https://twitter.com/sabiasundato_o that copies every single tweet i do at the moment. It is no tweet i made than they do not copy, i think there is something doing it because i think they dont even read them.
They just dont copy the tweets that as mentions or link. It seems so like a machine!!! And after all of that they have 1,5 millon followers by copying everything from me and i have 1 millón
Should i report that? How are they doing it? Is there any mirror or something?

I would suggest not worrying about them. You can block and report them, but that probably won't do much. I took a quick look at the accounts, and I didn't see them copy anything recently. I would suggest focusing on metrics that are more impactful than followers, such as relative engagement rates. You have 1 million followers, but on you're only getting a few replies and 20-40 retweets, which means for every 1,000 followers your amplification rate is only 0.04. You can read more about this here.

I can bet there are several scripts around capable of doing that. I wouldn't mind so much tho... you could try reporting or blocking the user to see if that prevents them from reading you feed...

Content Marketing and Twitter
Hello, I'd like to improve how I use twitter for pushing a piece of content. Here's what I am planning to do currently: First, we created a useful piece of content for a niche where we'll be appealing to the humanitarian side of thing. Nothing like this piece of content is on the web. The subject is not mouthwateringly attractive to other websites, but it is good, very useful, authoritative and uses the information we have in our niche. For Twitter, we plan to pick a website carefully that could use our content and 1. of course follow that site on twitter 2. Retweet 2 or 3 relevant good tweets the site has put out. If the person I want to contact has a twitter account, retweet some of his too. 3. Tweet a general tweet about a good article or blog post the site has with a link to the site and the article. 4. Tweet at a specific person in the site's company (or to the general twitter account if there isn't anyone specific) asking if they need help with content if it is well written and useful, then later tweeting introducing our article. Email will also be used. I'm really new to using twitter for content marketing, any help is appreciated. Facebook liking/sharing as well as blog comment posting along with adding to g plus circles will also be used. Thanks.

Do twitter profile links in bio pass juice?
Links that are added in the "Website" field in a twitter profile are nofollow. However, links added to the "Bio" section are dofollow. This has to mean these links are passing juice correct?

Twitter based competition
I have a client who wants to run a twitter based competition. The idea is as follows. tweet the url of your favorite product from clients website, with #hashtag . so potentially there could be 100+ tweets referencing three or four unique urls on the clients website. What I am interested in is there any SEO benefit to be gained from this.

Linking to a twitter account? Best to use the /#!/ or not? or no difference?
So if I am linking to someone's twitter account should I use the ajax code #! or not? http://twitter.com**/#!/**thos003 vs http://twitter.com/thos003 Bonus Question: I have also seen in the past that google splits a domain that has as a secure protocol. https://twitter.com vs http://twitter.com Does does that split link juice?

Tweet or ReTweet?
So which is better for SEO, Tweets or ReTweets? We have a tweet button on our blog which seems to work pretty good. But I have noticed a few sites that instead of tweeting, they have a ReTweet button where you are actually ReTweeting an original tweet. Any thoughts?

Who do you follow on Twitter?
I am just getting to grips with Twitter, suppose its better later than never, and was wondering who everyone follows for SEO and Web Design. Personal i find it hard to keep up with more than five or six people with out getting information overload, and have no time for those that tweet twenty or thirty times a day about what they had for lunch or who they are meeting for drinks. If you had to pick the top five people to follow for SEO and the top five for Web Design who would you chose? I work on the SEO side of our business and i think my top five would be, in no particular order: Randfish
