Moz Analytics Reports Scheduling

Hi,
We have been using Moz now for a few weeks now and we are trying to run reports based on various time frames and can't seem to do so?
For example on the if we needed a report from say 17/04/2014- 30/04/2014 how would we achieve this?
Or if we wanted to schedule reports based on a calendar month- how do we achieve this? I tried running reports on the 1/05/2014 and received reports for Apr 25 - May 2, 2014.
Also on the DASHBAORD- the timeframe only appears to display 'WEEKLY' and the last week of the month- 23th April- 30- Apr. Or will this change once we have more historical data compiled?

I apologize for the delay. Weekly reports are scheduled based on when campaigns were created so when creating a weekly report they will automatically be scheduled to generate the day after the previous week's collection is completed.
Monthly data will be collected by the 4th day of each month so until all data has been collected, reports will not be generated. Weekly reports will re-generate automatically if there is a delay in data.

Can you please clarify then how to run weekly or monthly reports accurately? If we want reports for example for the week ending or month ending 31/05/2014 what day would we need to generate the report request?
For example I tried running reports on the 1/05/2014 (thinking this would run a report up to the day prior ... being 30/04/2014) and yet received reports 24 hours later and with the date including 2/5/2014.
Please help.

Our product team is working on building customization for the timeframes in Moz Analytics but currently do not have a timeframe. You can also subscribe when our product team responds.
To keep track of any historical data I recommend creating custom reports for weekly and monthly data to be able to compare with one another.

I have removed a subdomain from my main domain. We have stopped the subdomain completely. However the crawl still shows the error for that sub-domain. How to remove the same from crawl reports.
Earlier I had a forum as sub-domain and was mentioned in my main domain. However i have now discontinued the forum and have removed all the links and mention of the forum from my main domain. But the crawler still shows error for the sub-domain. How to make the crawler issues clean or delete the irrelevant crawl issues. I dont have the forum now and no links at the main site, bu still shows crawl errors for the forum which doesnt exist.

Moz Analytics bugs
Hi everyone ! I'm loyal user of moz pro from January 2013. I appreciate that moz what to innovate with Moz Analytics but I think that it's lot of mess ! Activated campaigns become archived, deleted keywords come back ... and lot of time I couldn't access to my account. the worst thing is that I didn't get any answers from support team after weeks ! I was thinking to upgrade my account but this discourages me !

Anybody know how to merge an old inactive Moz account with a current live Moz account?
I had an old Moz account with my name, profile, etc. that I don't want to lose. By accident, when I created my current subscription, I ended up creating a brand new account. The old account has my bio, Moz points, etc. that I don't want to lose, but the new account has my campaigns. Any way to bring the two accounts together?

Traffic Data Report Error: Anyone else?
I included a screenshot of the report. I had a 111 organic visits for last Mondays past week report, this Monday it is telling me I had 0. It's also telling me I have -10 non-branded keywords. I know the organic search visits isn't 0. Also, (this part I'm not sure about) but I don't see how I could have a negative amount of non-branded keywords. I would think it would just stop at 0. Has anyone had something like this happen? Or am I just missing something? Thanks for any help or comments. zK3FbG4.png
