Hi
yes there are some tools available in the pro version of SEOMOZ the you can use the rankings and history section to show your positions for that keyword and also shows the actual result page and where you and your competitors rank for that keyword. you can also use the on-page tool which allows you to setup a report card for a targeted keyword and it grades your results based on the on-page optimisation of that page for the individual keyword.
Rank checker:
1.) setup and campaign for your domain
2.) add your competitors to that campaign
3.) check under the rankings section for your keywords and where you rank
4.) click on the targeted keyword to view more in depth detail ( it shows you graphs and stats for that keyword) scroll down the page to view the current ranking for that keyword it highlights you and your competitors positions.
On-page optimisation
1.) use the on-page tool to generate a report based on the keyword optimisation of the page url.
this returns a graded report of how well optimised the targeted page URL is for the keyword.
You can also check the back links of a competitor using the link analysis section
hope this helps

Accurate Google Keyword Ranking for a domain
Hi Folks, SEO N00b here, in a new job so please go easy on me if i ask stupid questions. I'm looking for some clarification on Google Keyword rankings. I am looking for accurate Google Keywords rankings as when I log into Google Webmaster Tools I am given values like (6-10) for a ranking? When I used SEOMoz (Research Tools -> Keyword & Ranking -> Rank Tracker) it gives me an even less accurate range by simply saying >#50?Why is SEOMoz giving a completely useless metric? Why is its actual rank not shown? I know rankings are becoming less useful as a metric with Google moving toward personalized search but I still have reports to deliver to clients so the conversation of what metrics are going in the report is to be had another day. Right now I just want to get accurate rankings, from what I've found online Google Webmaster tools is recommended as the de-facto ranking tool but it doesn't provide accurate results so how can that be (yes I know it averages out the ranking but 6-10 is a range of values not a single value that represents an average) Dave

Finding the source of duplicate content URL's
We have a website that displays a number of products. The product has variations (sizes) and unfortunately every size has its own URL (for now anyway). Needless to say, this causes duplicate content issues. (And of course, we are looking to change the URL's for our site as soon as possible) However, even though these duplicate URL's exist, you should not be able to land on them by navigating through the site. In theory, the site should always display the link to the smallest size. It seems that there is a flaw in our system somewhere, as these links are now found in our campaign here on SEOmoz. My question: is there any way to find the crawl path that lead to the URL's that shouldn't have been found, so we can locate the problem?

Proportion of branded keywords vs targeted keywords in anchor text distribution
Hello, I have a question about the proportion (in %) of branded keywords vs targeted keywords in the anchor text distribution of a website. Suppose if I have a website with 3 targeted keywords and 2 branded keywords in the anchor text distribution that looks like this: 1 main targeted keyword 20% 2 targeted keyword 15 % 3 targeted keyword 15 % 4 branded keyword 10 % 5 branded keyword 5 % 6 more keywords 35% The question is: What would be the best distribution in percentages to aim for the main and other keywords? Should the branded keyword % increase and (main) targeted decrease? Or something else? (I have "Opensite Explorer" and Cognitive SEO" as tools to measure.) Thank you for your answers!

Keyword Difficulty Tool
Is there a way to use KDT and include my own URL in the process so that I can see (and show my client) how things look competitively across all these nice dimensions? All is well if my client's site is in the top 10 - but if it isn't, how can I get the same set of metrics on a specific URL as it pertains to a specific keyword? Do I somehow to remember it used to do this? Or am I imagining things? I can't seem to get it to work this way. Thanks,

Pass Page LinkJuice? Or Pass Keyword LinkJuice?
I have a popular page that is not one of the three pages that I am hoping to raise awareness of (want to focus on). The dilemma I am trying to understand is that I really don't want to encourage all the flow from the popular to ONE of my hopeful pages (focus pages). Rather, I want to focus the keyword portions of that page to help the three hopeful pages. So I consider the rel=canonical tag.... err no. rel=canonical would pass ALL my popular page link juice to ONE of my three hopeful pages. What's the best way to pass the keyword link juice relevant to each of my three hopeful pages their, um, portion, of the popular page link juice. I'm white hat by preference. All four pages are good legitimate landing pages, and of course I dread sabotaging the popularity of what is working. Suggestions? Advice?
