Rejection Rate

As the rejection rate may influence the SERPS?
-
huh?
A you asking..... "If people use the backbutton to go back into the SERPs, will that reduce your rankings?" My bet is YES. But I have not heard clear statements from Google about that.
Anybody know where we can read or watch what Matt Cutts or another inside person has to say about that?

Star rating in Google snippet
I have implemented a star rating from jetpack on my website. But google stubbornly refuses to display stars in the snippet. 2 months have already passed. Maybe I did something wrong? I must say that I did not cheat artificially. https://exoticfonts.com/discord-fonts-generator/

Are Pages that have High Traffic and High Bounce Rates helpful?
I work as a marketing director for a small law firm. I had some basic SEO experience prior to joining the firm but I'm still building my knowledge base. I'm working to take over where the previous web developer left off and improve the site. The previous firm had developed pages for the law firm featuring yearly car crash statistics, statistics for bike crashes, etc. These pages get a good amount of hits but people quickly jump off the pages, and most are not even located in a region where they could potentially become a client. I feel like they added the pages to show the client that there was an increase in search traffic. However, 100% of the traffic bounces quickly after viewing the statistics pages. Does a page that has a decent amount of hits, but doesn't lead to conversions and has a nearly 100% bounce rate worth keeping around? My thought is, I would like to remove these pages that do not actually attract potential clients and reduce the overall bounce rate of the site. I don't want to take actions to remove the page without throwing this question out to more experienced people.

Google is showing product rating of 1-star in search results when average rating is 3.7 - 4 stars
When searching for the brand name "SteriPEN", the #3 listing on the SERP is for one of SteriPEN's "Adventurer Opti" product at REI.com, On the SERP for this search, the REI listing for Adventurer Opti product displays showing the product as 1-star based on a product review from 2010. What we don't understand is the fact that the product history has a 3.7 to 4.2 rating on most websites. Why would a product with so many reviews and established history have 1 review that drives the 1-star rating from such a prominent retailer? Makes no sense. Any suggestions as to whom we might be able to contact for help with this is greatly appreciated. edit?usp=sharing

Wordpress GD Star Rating Not Showing In SERPS
I've installed the GD Star Rating plugin on my site for example this page: http://www.top-10-dating-reviews.com/up-for-it/ (this links to an adult site) and have tested it with the rich snippet testing tool and the results show the stars as I want them. However in search results google is not displaying the stars? Has anyone come across this before? When I check webmaster tools structured data it is finding 1 type on 15 pages. I have two types, star ratings and google authorship so it appears google is not picking up on the star ratings in webmaster tools but it works on the rich snippet testing tool? Very confusing! Any help much appreciated!

New adsense account request rejected - need help
I'm moving my company to Australia, shutting down the US company. Google said I had to request a new Adsense account, so I did. They opened the account, I added the same ads, in the same places, and they have rejected my application. What do I do now? The other account has been open since 2004. They never said a word about this before. After two years of working on improvements, now I'm just about destroyed. I need some help, because I thought I knew what I was doing, but obviously not! As usual. their helpful response is no help at all. http://bit.ly/NPACk - there are no G ads on the front page http://bit.ly/V8ubB5 - this is a typical story http://bit.ly/UpTC2r - this is a typical press release As mentioned in our welcome email, we conduct a second review of your AdSense application once AdSense code is placed on your site(s). Huge rewrite and drop in ratings
Hi, My website provider made a huge rewrite of code to make the website more SEO friendly and add more functions. It absolutely was a big step forward and gave me more possiblities to improve our site seo wise. We were actually first webshop of 200-300 on the new platform - and thats not always a good idea i guess 😉 I need some help on the best way to solve 1 big problem for us. They changed the URL structure. Ive been building the brand pages and have 2-6 linking root domains to each brand page: for the brand ej sikke lej the catalogue used to be : http://www.epleskrinet.no/ej_sikke_lej/M_16 they changed it to http://www.epleskrinet.no/manufacturers/ej-sikke-lej . I told them the same day the new version was ot the the optimal URL would be http://www.epleskrinet.no/ej-sikke-lej . It wasnt utill i saw the crawl i understood what the URL change would mean to us. We have a decent amount of organic searches and now visitors come to an empty page with an error message. to the brand ej sikke lej i have 6 linking domains going to this page. The new brand pages are a lot weaker then the old one since they dont have the ingoing links. Our site was indexed yesterday and the result rankingwise wasent pretty. How do i go about to fix this. Is it possible to -301 redirect old brad catalogues to new one ? They are not even in the new site map i am sending in. Thanks
