Adding Keywords to rank tracker
-
I have a rookie question.
I started a campaign with the basic analytics package here.
I have about 100 keywords I am attempting to paste into the box. I have done this a few times and have seen the "your keywords have been added message" but do not see the keywords below.
Fast forward 12 hours still nothing, so I pasted in about 10 of the keywords (same format) and they took. I went to paste 10 more and nothing.
What is the best practice for uploading bulk keywords? Also, will they appear only after the 24 hours to determine the rank?

Hi Katherine,
Are you trying to add keywords in the Rank Tracker tool or within your campaigns? I ask because the answer is different between the two sections and the original Q&A post was titled with "Rank Tracker" but was actually about the campaigns.
For the Rank Tracker tool, we currently don't offer bulk uploads I'm afraid.
In your campaigns, you can use the left side navigation to go to Search>Keyword Rankings>Add & Manage Keywords and then add your bulk list of keywords from the Add Keywords tab there. Here is a screenshot with that navigation highlighted.
Here is a link to the Ass & Manage Keywords section of our Help Hub for your reference, as well.
I hope this helps! Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Hi,
How can you add the keywords in bulk, please?
Thanks.

Hey There,
I'm sorry that you are having some trouble adding keywords to your campaign. You should be able to add keywords in bulk with no issue, unless there might be duplicates in the list of keywords, so it would be really helpful if you could send us a list of the keywords you are trying to add along with a screenshot of the "your keywords have been added" message that you are seeing to help@moz.com so we can investigate the issue further. That way, we can test with exactly the same keywords you are trying to add and we can easily send the information over to our engineers if there seems to be a bug.
I look forward to hearing from you there soon.

Keyword moved to 51+
I'm new to Moz so still learning the system. I was just looking at the most significant move down of some keywords. I have one 'flooding carburetor' that moved down 50+. Now my question. How do I figure out which page was used, or is that even a consideration. I have that particular phrase scattered all over the web site. Thanks for the help.

How are keywords assigned to the On Page Rankings
Hopefully this isn't a stupid question. I'm new to MOZ Pro so I created a campaign and uploaded about 300 keywords. Our site is an ecommerce site so there are many many products and of course, many pages. My first On Page Ranking Report has completed and naturally we have pages with scores ranging from A to F. What I don't understand is this: for any given keyword, how did that word get assigned to a given page for the purpose of the ranking report? We may have many pages that may include a given keyword so when I look at a page with a score of F, I'm sometimes surprised that a given keyword is assigned to a particular page for the purposes of ranking. Can someone help me understand this architecture?

I am new to MOZ, I set up one tracking campaign two weeks ago, I have tracked no keywords, I have done some keyword research for ranking difficulty and in two weeks I have already hit 50K pages crawled, I'm maxed out, is this common?
I am a startup and can't afford the higher plans yet. And even their highest plan is 600K pages crawled, which seems really low considering how lightly I used the tool and how quickly I hit 50K. Does anyone have any advice or information on how they use the tool on lower packages? Did I do something wrong to hit 50K pages crawled that fast? Does this pricing make any sense, it seems like an incredibly high price, I love the tool, any help is appreciated.

Keyword Research
I am coming from SERPIQ and Raventools and they both seem to have something that Moz Analytics does not have. I can type in a keyword in either of them and it will deliver up relevant keywords and the search volume for them. Also I can enter a url and get all the keywords that a page is ranking for. Are these just things that are missing from Moz Analytics or am I missing something? They are both really important features to me.
