Hi, sorry to hear you are having a problem with this.
It's an issue that others in the Moz Q&A forum have reported in the last day or so. From the report on http://health.moz.com/ it suggests that it's an issue that Moz's engineers are aware of and are looking to resolve:
Cannot add Google+ accounts
Our engineers are working to resolve an issue preventing Google+ accounts from being added in campaign settings. An update is expected later today so please check back for any new status! Common errors are returning: remote-authentication.failure.I hope that helps. Just keep an eye on http://health.moz.com/ for an update.

SSL - green padlock but Moz say there's an 804 error?
Hi, my site has a green padlock and no SSL errors but Moz are reporting an 804 error. I use CloudFlare with fairly complex settings. I've read this thread but it's quite old and I don't understand which parts of it are still valid. I'd love to know whether this can be sorted before I spend hours setting up Moz's features as if they can't crawl my site then I would obviously need to cancel my subscription. Thanks

'not a valid url' error in campaign set up
I get the error not a valid url when I'm trying to set up a campaign. I know it's a valid url. I have tried with www, non-www, http://, https:// when I do the https it lets me start, but then I get an error that https is forwarding to http and I need to use that. When I then put in the http, I get the original error. thanks in advance for your help.

Can't setup new campaign
Hi everyone, I'm trying to set up a new campaign for a website which has Cloudflare installed. After I enter the campaign name and URL the loading circle comes up and spins for a while, but then it just stays on the same page. No error message is given. I can't get to the next page of the setup campaign form sequence so that I can set up this campaign. Has anyone else had this problem and is there any fix? Thanks in advance

How do you "Moz Crawl" a website? Newbie...
Hi everyone; I've used Screaming Frog in the past and it's simple: you enter the URL to the box and click "start" and.. voila: as the button says, the crawling starts. I've had the Pro version of Moz for a while now and haven't really 'done' anything with it. I'd like to crawl a website and thought it would be as easy as it's always been with Screaming Frog... but, for some reason, I can't find the 'way' to do it. I find it really frustrating especially cause I feel like an idiot going around in circles thinking I'm missing something really obvious... Until I realised the only solution was to ask here! So... how in the world do you crawl a website using Moz tools? (Pro version) Thanks!
