Hello, I apologize for the trouble you are experiencing with your connection to GA in your campaigns. If you can write in to help@Moz.com, ask for Abe and provide the name of your effected campaigns and email address on your Moz account, I will run a fix that should take care of this quickly

We have also been having this problem for some time now, though it appears to have stopped for a while.
It seems that the shift to Analytics from Pro has caused some issues with the API token validation from Google.
Having gone backwards and forwards with emails to Moz crew, I was finally directed to the Google Analytics validation link, where I was able to cancel the validation for Moz, then reapply for it from the Campaign Settings.
It seems to have had some problems with authorisation initially, but that appears to have stopped.
I hope this helps some.

Moz Analytics - Barely working, zero quality control
Two major issues with Moz Analytics - we've reached out to the help team on this multiple times and I've seen no clear answers from their team. Anyone hear anything on this or find a solution? Weekly Automatic Reporting: This has been sending between four and six "weekly" reports to my clients. This has impacted over 30 clients. Many of them contain blank or incomplete data. Sometimes, it'll take over 24 hours before a completed report gets sent after the first incomplete one. Addition of Keywords: The "Add & Manage Keywords" feature has been down for at least 24 hours at this time. Any campaign that I attempt to add keywords to refreshes the page without adding keywords. It appears that the href is set to "" and whatever code that is required to execute the addition of the keywords into the database is not being fired.

Campaign lost connection to Google analytic's
Hi, I have a website that I has two Campaigns, one is its performance in the UK and the other is in America. Both of these project use to work and gather information from Google analytic's but recently the UK campaign has started saying it can not connect to Google analytic's and stopped providing information. The problem is both the UK and US campaigns use the same analytic's tracking code and the US campaign can still gather Google analytic's information so I know the tracking information is correct still.

Why Isn't My Analytics Report Downloading?
In the "Preview & Download" section of reporting, I clicked the "Generate PDF Report Preview" and it initiates loading but it has been approximately 30 minutes and the report PDF still hasn't generated. Does anyone know why this may be? Thanks!

"Our connection to your Google Analytics account was lost" keeps occurring
We've reauthorized our Google Analytics accounts, but we still keep getting the message "Our connection to your Google Analytics account was lost. Please reauthorize now." This is happening to a handful of our campaigns, not all. Has anyone else encountered this or know what is going on? It says I won't lose any data, but why does this keep happening?

Mox connected to Google analytics account, but no data visible?
Hi everyone, Last week I added google analytics to one of my websites. The set up is working and collects data. Yesterday I connected Moz till this google analytics account. Creating Multiple Moz Accounts
Hi there, due to my work - and for customer service - I need to be able to set up multiple Moz accounts for each client, providing their own contact/CC info. Can you tell me if Moz allows this (I keep getting the message that I'm registered and can upgrade), or do I have to login from a different computer each time? Ultimately, the client will be administering their own account, but I want to set them up to get them started. Thanks, Alison alison@snap360.ca

Why less social accounts on higher plans?
Im just curious why if in the platform you can add 3 social accounts, on basic plan with 5 campaigns you are able to add social accounts for each one for total of 15. However, if you pay more money for a plan with 25 campaigns, then you can only add 2 social accounts each for total of 50, instead of 75. Doesn't seem to make sense...
