Hi I changed my site to https://www.cocaineteskit.co.uk - now unsure

Hi ALL,
just changed over to https//.www.cocainetestkit.co.uk with the money being in wholesaling. However I am having my links poorly indexed - any suggestions?

When you specify Https to connect to a website, the actual connection requested by the browser is different. That’s something that you need to set up on your site – and you’re quite correct. The HTML doesn’t need to change for that. Instead of using https on only sensitive parts of your site, you may go ahead and use https for your entire site. This does not affect accessibility or performance in any way and it’s a great way to hedge your bets against future Google algorithm changes. Changing the text “http” to “https” in all of your links that point to other parts of your own site is likely the one technical task you’ll need to do yourself. You should set Up 301 Redirects.

When you moved your site to HTTPs, there are a few things that you need to do:
-- make sure you fix all the internal links on your site so that they point to the HTTPs version and not the HTTP version.
-- make sure you set up 301 Permanent Redirects from the old URLs to the new URLs.
-- verify the new HTTPs version of your site in Google Search Console. You should be seeing less pages indexed in the HTTP version and more pages in the HTTPs version of your site.
As long as you set up the proper redirects, you should not generally see any problems or changes in rankings. It will take some time for those new HTTPs URLs to get indexed, but the 301 redirects should take care of that.

Linking Root Domains www and non-www
I just ran our site through Open Site Explorer. If I run the non-www version I get 30 root domains, if I run www I get 177. Is it wise to try and contact those sites using the non-www version and ask them to update the links to www version? Will that make much of a difference?

I have created 5 model specific blog sites which deliver links to my core site.
I post about 500 words of unique relevant content weekly to each model blog site. Each week, seo smartlinks delivers keyword anchor text links to my core site with a 3% keyword density. I have been doing this for 3 months and my core site traffic is stagnant or slightly down. Is this a good practice since its relevant content, or am I writing for nothing? Also, am I in danger of over optimized anchor text?

Link credit www vs non-www?
I have noticed that when I run the open explorer on my website that I get a different list of linking domains depending on if the back link used www or not. I always ask and specify to use the non-www but many people do not pay a lot of attention to that? I have set up 301 from www to the non-www as the non-www is my primary URL. How do i get credits for the 50+ that are pointing to the www?
