3 keywords optomize for home page. Should I create page with thoses keywords or leave it like this?

My online store home page, Furnace Filters Canada
has 3 keywords with good ranking in google.ca
keywords: ''furnace filters canada'' rank #1 position in google.ca
keywords: ''furnace filters'' and ''furnace filter'' are on 5 or 6th position of page 1 in google.ca
Those keywords are bringing most of the traffic to our site.
To achieve this ranking, I had to use the On-Page Keyword Optimization, tool from seoMoz
Questions: It is possible for me to create a page with the URL:
https://www.furnacefilterscanada.com/Furnace-Filters
or
https://www.furnacefilterscanada.com/Furnace-Filter
Can this improve my ranking with keywords like, ''furnace filters'' and ''furnace filter''?
Is this a waist of time? If I decide to create a new page for optimization with, do I have to create one for singular and another one for plural?
Creating a new page also mean removing, '' Furnace Filter'' in the home page title, until the new pages are index, I'm afraid to loss that 5th position in Google. Should I leave the home page title like it is now, '' Furnace Filter - Furnace Filters Canada - Online Shopping Store
NOTE: we only do business in Canada, that is why Google.ca is more important to us
Thank you,
Jean Nichols

If I decide to go and create a new page to optimized ''furnace filters''
This will be the URL:
https://www.furnacefilterscanada.com/Furnace-Filters
The page title will be ''Furnace Filters''
To have the keyword in the URL and the title page, I think I might get a better ranking. What do you think?

The general rule is one keyword per page, but whether this is actually necessary depends on the competitive landscape. Since you're already ranking well for these terms, I don't think it would be necessary to create a separate page for furnace filters. You also have to think about what content you would put on that page and how it would be valuable to visitors.
If I were in this situation, I would focus on building links for these terms.

Page Layout Updates and Mobile Pages with Ads
I have been trying to do some research on the Page Layout Algorithm and Top Heavy Ads and much of what I read does not mention about mobile pages as apposed to desktop. I am curious if the Page Layout updates can be effected by mobile pages as well and if there is any good articles on this subject. Also is this Algorithm been incorporated into its regular algorithm or do we still have to wait for refreshes to see the impact? Cesar

Your opinion on "Keyword | Keyword 2 | Keyword 3 - Sitename" Meta Title
While I'm personally against It I have seen it used. I would think that Google might see this as some degree of keyword stuffing, rather than a 'natural' title, which may hinder ranking. What are your thoughts?

Are there any SEO benefits changing the default home page filename (index.htm) to a keyword rich filename
II'm a newbie. I have a website using the default home page filename: index.htm. I have total control over the web server. I was wondering whether I can get any SEO improvements for my main keyword if I change the default filename with a filename that contains the main keyword, like our-main-product.htm (doing the 301 redirect and changing the server search order, of course)?

Home page mostly graphic image
I have a new customer that is redesigning her website. The graphic designer has designed a lovely homepage that is mostly an image with some navigation and footer area for text information. My concern is that there isn't any real call to action or anything on the homepage design other than an interesting and fun graphic. It seems like years ago this was a common practice and then later it was looked down on as not good for the user experience or SEO. What is the latest thinking on this type of design? Should the homepage (www.mysite.com) be allowed to be mostly images? Or should we focus on the optimizing the internal pages and let the homepage be more creative?

Do alt tags count towards on page keyword density?
Hello...I have written a bunch of content for my site using a useful tool called Scribe SEO which recommends keyword density at 5% if I remember correctly. So all my my newly written content is below this level but I am left wondering if by adding alt tags with my chosen keywords I will be considered to be over the limit and cause a red flag? Can anyone clarify this for me please?

Keyword stuffing ?
howdy people, I had a quick question about keyword stuffing. I am creating a page on my website and on the page i am going to have multiple links, around 15 or so. they all have the word "pickup line" which will be hyperlinked to the respected page. this page is going to serve as a sort of directory to all the various pick up lines, "cheesy", "funny", "dirty" etc. I have written some content on this page as well. I wanted to know that since the keyword "pickup" line will be showing up a lot ( in hyper link form) will this be considered keyword stuffing? for this page

Home Page Optimization For Wordpress Blog
Hi, I'm developing a wordpress site and currently confused over home page optimization. I'm planning to use excerpts of posts on home page so that users can glance over all recent posts and at same time avoid content duplication. But I'm not sure how to optimize the home page for couple of targeted keywords . How can i make sure that there is enough content, proper H1, title tag etc on home page for target keywords even by using excerpts of different posts on home page with Read more links to complete posts? Should i use some sticky post on home page to take care of all onpage requirements for required keywords or there are some other better ways to do it? Regards, shaz
