Are you SEO master? What would you change on my page?
-
Take a look at this page and tell me what would you change from SEO perspective. It's always to easy to criticise so here is your chance. Good Luck.

I'd be careful with that footer you've got. I might be behind the times, but I think that could be considered keyword stuffing which, last I checked, Google doesn't look to nicely upon.

Fundamentally, I agree with the others: this page/site needs help with UX more than it does with SEO. The text is hard to read and doesn't seem to be written with human customers in mind. The experience looks like it's optimized for search engines rather than humans. This may help in driving traffic, but because the site looks untrustworthy, it probably results in a high bounce rate and low conversion.
I think that SEOs and UX design professionals can work together to solve problems like these by placing the human customer at the center of their strategy.
Best wishes and good luck!

Ok first things first... From a usability point of view, there is far too much happening on that page. You would be much better off splitting the page up more and have this as an overview page without also of the images on there. Page load times is a big problem and this was loading slow, and since Caffeine, this is an important metric and should not be ignored. Towards the bottom of the page, all those rotating images made me dizzy trying to see what was going on. Back towards the top of the page, your header font and colour don't seem to fit well with the rest of the site and this can cause problems for some visitors in terms of how much they trust you. A clean well formatted page will win every time. Just a few points for customer interaction. Regards, Andy

I would work on the load times, I'm a small sample, but it was a very slow load time.
*not sure why I got 2 thumbdowns, google takes site speed very serious.. look in webmaster tools.

I guess there's a fairly fundamental issue:
There are 110 Global searches for 'diamond mens jewelry'. Is there any reason in particular why you're targeting this phrase? (referring to title element)
Header tag issues too. You want to include keywords in the H1 (unless you're going straight for "mens jewelry" but this isn't consistent with your title element) and you ought to have H2 tags in there too. Alt attributes for your images wouldn't hurt either... And you nofollow'd your navigation links??!?!

Best practices for marking up product pages on eccomerce site (SEO noob)
After analyzing the code on various competitors eccomerce sites I wanted to seek advice on best practices for marking up individual product pages for keywords and descriptions. My competition is all over the map as far as utilizing keywords and descriptions, some have few keywords while others have many and vice versa for descriptions. What is the best method for marking up product pages on an eccomerce site for keywords and descriptions? In addition, is it okay to utilize the same keywords for multiple products that may be under the same category? or is this considered duplicate content? Thanks for the help, if you have any resources for SEO and eccomerce sites I would greatly appreciate the guidance best,Michelle & Blake

Communities Served on Page for SEO
Hi, We have an urgent care facility outside of our hospital located in an other location and we would like to increase the organic seo for the highest traffic surrounding towns. I have toyed with the following ideas but would like to know what everyone thinks is best. 1.) Just included "proudly serving patients in Area 1, Area 2, Area 3, Area 4" on the bottom of the page. 2.) Create a page that says areas served... then each page would have a non-duplicated and original content for that area. 3.) build a microsite for the urgent care site and optimize with content from option 2 above and just add option one to our main website.

On Page Optimization not updating after SSL change
Last week we changed our URLs to be only HTTPS (they were a mixture of both for a couple of weeks). We did this by adding a 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS. However, the On Page Optimization is now showing the same URL/Keyword twice for a few of our pages. One has a grade A, one has a grade B. The grade B complains about "Rel Canonical" not matching, but the other doesn't. This is pretty confusing - should it not have crawled the pages and noticed the 301 redirects and combined the entries or removed the HTTP ones?

Penalty for Changing Home Page Title Tags
Hey Mozzers I'm certain of the answer to this question, however I wanted to get some input from the experts in Moz-land to hopefully provide some additional perspective. I recently disagree with a client's assertion that there is some penalty Google levels for changing the title tags of your home page. Now, I understand changing the title tags can influence serp rankings, however, is anyone aware of some penalty Google levels for simply changing the title tags? Most of what I've read and experienced has people changing them all the time without some phantom penalty. It seems to me a problem of correlation = causality, in that people often attribute a drop to an action that may not have actually been the cause. Anyway, if you have any particular insight on this top I would appreciate it greatly. thanks!

Editing Author Pages
Hi, Quick question regarding author pages. I have the blog set as me for my author page. so the url is: mysite.com/blog/author/miles/ Now, seomoz has picked up that my author page is missing meta description. But, this cannot be editied through wordpress as there is no edit option available. I may really be missing something, but where can I alter the author page, I have a feeling it might be fed from G+ but no really sure what part of G+ is used as the description. Thanks Miles

Product page optimalisation
Throughout the years our website kept on growing this has led to product pages that have so much sub-pages that nobody is able to really get a good idea of the product. We are working on a new website where the visitor is central. Together with a usability partner we have down sized the preferred data to fit on one page with a tabular system with a maximum of 4 taps. My question will this affect our find ability if we go from 10 to 15 sub-pages to one main page

SEO strategy recommendations?
Hi My website http://www.harrisbassett.co.uk is now ranking on the 1st page of Bing and Google for phrases such as Chartered Accountant Swansea and Tax Planners Swansea But the phrase 'accountants swansea' is still performing poorly - as it is near the bottom of the second page? Would I be better placing more accountant swansea phrases on the homepage of the site or would this have an adverse effect on the current 'Chartered Accountants Swansea' ranking as would this be classed as keyword cannabilisation? So would it be better to further optimise http://www.harrisbassett.co.uk/accounting.htm and include the phrases Accountants Swansea and Auditors Swansea or would this act against the homepage? Sorry for the questions I am just looking for the best route forward to further boost the ranking on additional terms as the majority of the 1st page listings seem to weak?
