Indexed Pages in Google, How do I find Out?
-
Is there a way to get a list of pages that google has indexed?
Is there some software that can do this?
I do not have access to webmaster tools, so hoping there is another way to do this.
Would be great if I could also see if the indexed page is a 404 or other
Thanks for your help, sorry if its basic question
-
If you want to find all your indexed pages in Google just type: site:yourdomain.com or .co.uk or other without the www.

Hi John,
Hope I'm not too late to the party! When checking URL's for their cache status I suggest using Scrapebox (with proxies).
Be warned, it was created as a black-hat tool, and as such is frowned upon, but there are a number of excellent white-hat uses for it! Costs $57 one off

sorry to keep sending you messages but I wanted to make sure that you know SEOmoz does have a fantastic tool for what you are requesting. Please look at this link and then click on the bottom where it should says show more and I believe you will agree it does everything you've asked and more.

does this answer your question?

What giving you a 100 limit?
try using Raven tools or spider mate they both have excellent free trials and allow you quite a bit of information.

Neil you are correct I agree with screaming frog is excellent they definitely will show you your site. Here is a link from SEOmoz associate that I believe will benefit you

this is what I am looking for
Thanks
Strange that there is no tool I can buy to do this in full without the 100 limit
Anyway, i will give that a go

can I get your sites URL? By the way this might be a better way into Google Webmaster tools
if you have a Gmail account use that if you don't just sign up using your regular e-mail.
Of course using SEOmoz via http://pro.seomoz.org/tools/crawl-test will give you a full rundown of all of your links and how they're running. Are you not seen all of them?
Another tool I have found very useful. Is website analysis as well as their midsize product from Alexia
I hope I have helped,
Tom

If you don't have access to Webmaster Tools, the most basic way to see which pages Google has indexed is obviously to do a site: search on Google itself - like "site:google.com" - to return pages of SERPs containing the pages from your site which Google has indexed.
Problem is, how do you get the data from those SERPs in a useful format to run through Screaming Frog or similar?
Enter Chris Le's Google Scraper for Google Docs
It will let scrape the first 100 results, then let you offset your search by 100 and get the next 100, etc.. slightly cumbersome, but it will achieve what you want to do.
Then you can crawl the URLs using Screaming Frog or another crawler.

just thought I might add these links these might help explain it better than I did.

you should definitely sign up for Google Webmaster tools it is free here is a link all you need to do is add an e-mail address and password

Thanks for the reply.
I do not have access to webmaster tools and the seomoz tools do not show a great deal of the pages on my site for some reason
Majestic shows up to 100 pages. Ahrefs shows some also.
I need to compare what google has indexed and the status of the page
Does screaming frog do thiss?

Google Webmaster tools should supply you with this information. In addition Seomoz tools will tell you that and more. Run your website through the campaign section of seomoz you will then see any issues with your website.
You may also want to of course use Google Webmaster tools run a test as a Google bot the Google but should show you any issues you are having such is 404's or other fun things that websites do.
If you're running WordPress there are plenty of plug-ins I recommend 404 returned
sincerely,
Thomas

Sitemap Indexed Pages, Google Glitch or Problem With Site?
Hello, I have a quick question about our Sitemap Web Pages Indexed status in Google Search Console. Because of the drastic drop I can't tell if this is a glitch or a serious issue. When you look at the attached image you can see that under Sitemaps Web Pages Indexed has dropped suddenly on 3/12/17 from 6029 to 540. Our Index status shows 7K+ indexed. Other than product updates/additions and homepage layout updates there have been no significant changes to this website. If it helps we are operating on the Volusion platform. Thanks for your help! -Ryan rou1zMs

Only 4 of my pages have been indexed out of 64 in total
Hi there, I submitted a sitemap for a new 64 page website 6 weeks ago and only a few pages have been indexed. The website shows in Google search but with a large amount of information on the website it should show higher. I have fetched and rendered 30 plus pages on the 9th September and others on the 16th September, today is the 5th October but in Webmaster tools, Google only acknowledge 1 page as indexed. I have checked the robots txt file which shows it is allowed. There are no messages for problems with crawl and no errors showing. The domain is www.urbaneforms.com . Can you offer a suggestion as to why we are not being indexed?

Google is not indexing an updated website
We just relaunched a website that has 5 years old, we maintain all the old URLs and articles but for some reason google is not picking up the new website https://www.navisyachts.com. In Google Webmaster Tools we can see the sitemap with over 1000 pages submitted but shows nothing as indexed. The site is loosing traffic rapidly and positions, from the SEO side all looks fine for me. What can be wrong? I’ll appreciate any help. The new website is built over Joomla 3.4, we have it here at MOZ and other than some minor details it doesn't show that something can be wrong with the website. Thank you.

Do internal links from non-indexed pages matter?
Hi everybody! Here's my question. After a site migration, a client has seen a big drop in rankings. We're trying to narrow down the issue. It seems that they have lost around 15,000 links following the switch, but these came from pages that were blocked in the robots.txt file. I was wondering if there was any research that has been done on the impact of internal links from no-indexed pages. Would be great to hear your thoughts! Sam

How long does google index old urls?
Hey guys, We are currently in the process of redesigning a site but in two phases as the timeline issues. So there will be up to a 4 week gap between the 1st and 2nd set of redirects. These urls will be idle 4 weeks before the phase content is ready. What effect if any will this have on the domain and page authority? Thanks Rob

Google+ Local pages under review. How long does this take?
I have a couple Google+ local pages that have been placed under review. Does anyone have experience regarding the time frame of this reveiw process. Google says to give it a few weeks, but one page has been under review for four weeks now. How long should I wait for Google to review them before I delete the page and start over?

Indexation of content from internal pages (registration) by Google
Hello, we are having quite a big amount of content on internal pages which can only be accessed as a registered member. What are the different options the get this content indexed by Google? In certain cases we might be able to show a preview to visitors. In other cases this is not possible for legal reasons. Somebody told me that there is an option to send the content of pages directly to google for indexation. Unfortunately he couldn't give me more details. I only know that this possible for URLs (sitemap). Is there really a possibility to do this for the entire content of a page without giving google access to crawl this page? Thanks Ben
