Youtube back links do not count toward your link profile. You need to build quality links by reaching out to newspapers, writers, bloggers, make friends with them and ask them to write a article. or better yet, give them an idea that writing about something you know will make there blog better. Then they will link to you and youll get quality links.

No. There is a No Follow tag on the link so while Google will see the link no 'juice' passes on.

Brand name not ranking in Google
Hi Moz'ers, Could you help me with something I cannot seem to figure out by myself. In June 2017 my company started a rebranding campaign. We've changed our brand name and launched a new website: https://spotler.com. Everything is going fine, but if you Google our brand name "Spotler" our website doesn't show up. How can it be? Hi Mozzers, What are your thoughts on using www.folkd.com for video SEO? We have a few company videos and would like to possibly get a backlink by either embedding one of our youtube videos on our site or self hosting the video. Are bookmarking sites like this spammy?

Indexed Pages in Google, How do I find Out?
Is there a way to get a list of pages that google has indexed? Is there some software that can do this? I do not have access to webmaster tools, so hoping there is another way to do this.
