I had this happened with my business but it isn't related to moz , suddenly google suspended my 10 years old google business listing that has 93 genuine reviews due to mass reporting on listing
if you have a listing and it has 2 - 3 times reviews reporting it may get suspended automatically because they don't monitor it and google bots takes all over that monitoring and moderation ! -

Here're some ideas why it might be happening
Violation of Google's guidelines: Google Places (now known as Google My Business) has specific guidelines that businesses must adhere to. If your listing violates any of these guidelines, Google may suspend it. Common violations include using a fake address, creating multiple listings for the same business, or providing inaccurate information. Review the guidelines to ensure compliance.
Duplicate or inconsistent information: Moz Local is a service that helps manage your business listings across various online directories. It's possible that during the process, duplicate or inconsistent information was created, which triggered Google's suspicion. Ensure that your business information is accurate, consistent, and matches the details on your website.
Verification issues: Google often requires businesses to verify their listings to ensure their legitimacy. If there were any issues during the verification process, or if Google couldn't verify the information provided, it could lead to a suspension. Make sure you've completed the verification process correctly and provided accurate details.
Community or competitor reports: If someone in the community or a competitor reported your listing as spam or flagged it for a violation, it could result in a suspension. In such cases, Google will investigate the reports before taking action. If you believe your suspension is unjustified, you can appeal to Google to reinstate your listing.

Unsolved Google My Business and Virtual Offices
Moz support suggests that the community may be able to answer this question, and I would appreciate the help. I own a coworking space that offers virtual office services. Based on my reading of Google's guidelines, A virtual office doesn't qualify for a GMB listing. However, multiple virtual office sites are offering GMB PIN codes if the member signs up for 6 months of service. The claim is that Google will see the address as "stable" after 6 months. The only possible reference I can find for this is 6 months for SEO results. Google expressly states, "virtual offices are not eligible for a business profile." Thanks for any feedback

Unsolved Search results good, map results nearly nonexistent
I'm happy with where my site is showing in the listings, but rarely shows in the map results. This is even when the results for the same keywords are great. Google listing is complete, and map + knowledge graph show correctly when I search the business name. I'm not sure what is causing this, and how I can fix it. History - the website has been online for years, but the local Google listing was only optimized this year, back in May. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

GMB illegal edits to phone numbers
A client in the skip hire sector contacted me to say that someone is submitting edits to multiple competitors' GMB accounts changing the phone numbers to theirs. It has caused a huge row and legal ruckus as the competitors naturally assume it is them diverting calls. It definitely is not them but could be lead generation companies they use or other competitors trying to discredit them. They are growing fast and are upsetting longstanding players. Has anyone come across this before? If so how did you handle it and is there any chance of Google listening to them and assisting in the situation. Any advice is gratefully received. PS these guys are very ethical and are mortified at the situation they find themselves in.

How long do Facebook and Google pages have to be published before Moz can verify them?
Hi there. I've checked the forums and have seen similar questions, but couldn't find an answer in them. I have a listing that I imported from my Google My Business account, but it comes up as unverified for both Facebook and Google. Both pages exist, but have only been published for about 3 weeks. Both sites contain the accurate business information and are the appropriate types of pages, so the best I can determine from what I've read in the other posts is that "newly" published Facebook and Google pages may not be able to be verified by Moz Local. So the question is, what is considered "newly published"? The Facebook business page is: https://www.facebook.com/JTBentonConsulting/ The Google+ page is: https://plus.google.com/b/114469171569907148968/+JTBentonConsultingAdamstown?pageId=114469171569907148968&hl=en The name registered for Google My Business is: J T Benton Consulting - Mobile Notary Public Any ideas?

How to export Google Places List
I am going to use the new Moz Local. When going into my Google places to try to export the list of businesses and location info I can't seem to figure out how to export it. I click download but it won't download any of the properties. It downloads a spreadsheet and says -0- locations downloaded. Frustrated. Any advice?
