Website ranking stuck on 2nd page of google. How to bring it in top 10 position??
-
Hi
I am working on a site indianhomeappliances.in that for search terms such as 'best washing machine in india' appears near the top of the 2nd page of Googl for url https://indianhomeappliances.in/best-washing-machine-in-india/
When looking at what is listed on the 1st page for 'best washing machine in india' I would appreciate any advice/guidance on what else could be done to give the site a final push to get on the 1st page of search results.
I have made more than 60 backlinks along with sites from competitor analysis via moz for this page
Looking at the sites that are on the 1st page I cant understand why many of them are ranking higher than me?
Any insight and plan of attack would be most appreciated from any search experts on the forum. My website is 2.5 months old.
Many Thanks

hello
Improving your website's ranking on Google requires a combination of strategies focused on both on-page and off-page optimization. Here are some steps you can take to enhance your website's visibility and move it into the top 10 positions:-
Keyword Research: Identify relevant keywords that your target audience is likely to use when searching for your products or services. Use tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to find high-volume keywords with moderate competition.
-
Optimize On-Page Elements:
- Title Tags: Ensure that your title tags are descriptive, include target keywords, and are within the recommended character limit.
- Meta Descriptions: Write compelling meta descriptions that encourage clicks and accurately summarize the content of your pages.
- Headers: Use H1, H2, and H3 tags to structure your content and include relevant keywords.
- Content Optimization: Create high-quality, relevant content that addresses the needs and interests of your target audience. Incorporate target keywords naturally throughout your content.
-
Improve Website Speed: Google considers page speed as a ranking factor. Optimize your website's loading speed by compressing images, minifying CSS and JavaScript files, and using a reliable hosting provider.
-
Mobile-Friendliness: Ensure that your website is mobile-responsive, as Google prioritizes mobile-friendly websites in its search results. Use Google's Mobile-Friendly Test to check your website's mobile compatibility.
-
Quality Backlinks: Acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites in your industry. Focus on building relationships with influencers, guest posting on relevant blogs, and creating shareable content that naturally attracts links.
-
Optimize for Local SEO: If your business targets a specific geographic area, optimize your website for local SEO. Claim your Google My Business listing, optimize your business information, and encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews.
-
Regularly Update Content: Keep your website's content fresh and up-to-date to maintain relevance and attract search engine crawlers. Consider creating a blog and publishing new articles regularly to demonstrate expertise and authority in your field.
-
Monitor Performance: Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track your website's performance, monitor keyword rankings, and identify areas for improvement.
-
Social Media Promotion: Share your website content on social media platforms to increase visibility and attract traffic. Engage with your audience and encourage sharing to expand your reach.
-
Consider Professional Help: If you're struggling to improve your website's ranking on your own, consider hiring an SEO expert or agency with experience in optimizing websites for search engines.
Remember that improving your website's ranking takes time and consistent effort. By implementing these strategies and staying informed about changes in search engine algorithms, you can gradually improve your website's visibility and move it into the top 10 positions on Google.

Most important thing to understand is that when it comes to improving your companies, organic SEO, that it is a slow process very slow, so what you don't want is to rush it because you might end up making SEO mistakes. It's better to implement high quality white hat SEO

Strong spam should be diluted without anchor links. And there will be happiness! Here is my page https://trust-seo.com/zakaz-croud-links/ which is on the second page. I can't figure out why it's not on the first page.
-
maybe your website has slow loading speed?

Delay to rank for authority website versus new website
Hello, I have a website that has been existing for years. How long does it take if I have a good content on a page for it to rank ? I read here and that that it can take 4 to 6 months but it never says if it is for a brand new website or a old website that has an authority and some links. I also read that some people publish content and rank within a week on competitive keywords. So who is right, what is there to read in between the lines ?

Reclaiming Ranking positions in Google
We have a website we are working on that was ranking well in Google but since having a hosting upgrade has completely dropped in rankings. When a hosting upgrade was made, the developer added an incorrect robots.txt file that restricted the site from being found, hence resulting in lost rankings. We have since sorted out that issue so the robots.txt is OK. However, ranking results have yet to be reclaimed. We are unsure why these rankings haven't rebounded back, as it has been a while now. The site is https://www.brightonpanelworks.com.au. We have since also attempted to add a sitemap however to help the site be better crawled and to regain rankings, however, it appears that sitemap generators are having problems creating a sitemap for this site and we are not sure why. And we are not sure whether this may relate to why Google has not picked up on pages and ranking results have not be restored. If you have any ideas as to how we can reclaim rankings to the strong positions they were in previously, that would be much appreciated. We believe we may be missing something here that is not allowing webpages to be picked up and ranked by Google.

My website has disapeared from all google queries except the ones that contains it´s own website name
Hi, My website URL is: www.nixiweb.com Before June of 2013 my website was always shown at first or second place at google when searching for "hosting gratis". After June of 2013 my website has disappeared from all searches, it only appears when I search for the site name, eg: "nixiweb" or “www.nixiweb.com” At webmaster tools, the search queries table only shows queries related to my website name (eg: "nixiweb" or “xixiweb”), and none related to any other keyword. Can anybody help me understanding which is the problem with my site? Thanks

Ranking slipped to page 6 from page 1 over the weekend?
My site has been on page one for 2 phrases consistently from May onwards this year. The site has fewer than 100 backlinks and the link profile looks fairly even. On Friday we were on page 1, we even had a position 1, however now we are on page 6. Do you think this is Penguin or some strange Google blip? We have no webmaster tools messages at all. Thanks for any help!

Indexing a several millions pages new website
Hello everyone, I am currently working for a huge classified website who will be released in France in September 2013. The website will have up to 10 millions pages. I know the indexing of a website of such size should be done step by step and not in only one time to avoid a long sandbox risk and to have more control about it. Do you guys have any recommandations or good practices for such a task ? Maybe some personal experience you might have had ? The website will cover about 300 jobs : In all region (= 300 * 22 pages) In all departments (= 300 * 101 pages) In all cities (= 300 * 37 000 pages) Do you think it would be wiser to index couple of jobs by couple of jobs (for instance 10 jobs every week) or to index with levels of pages (for exemple, 1st step with jobs in region, 2nd step with jobs in departements, etc.) ? More generally speaking, how would you do in order to avoid penalties from Google and to index the whole site as fast as possible ? One more specification : we'll rely on a (big ?) press followup and on a linking job that still has to be determined yet. Thanks for your help ! Best Regards, Raphael
