How to speed a website which government demands a popup of age restriction to display
-
Hi team,
Im running a website, which is related to Online Vape shop and I have some confusion regarding the core web vital algorithm. However, the Government of the USA is very strict for this kind of topic and we should have to display the age restriction popup for those new users who enter the website: https://ashvapesmoke.com/
Can anyone tell me how to speed up the website, as if the website has this kind of popup mandatory guidelines from the government. Google is launching a new core update related to speed in the may 2021 right? So if we add this kind of banner popup and all In the website, how we can get away from the issues. Please clarify to me, anyone, ASAP.

Sure! To speed up your website with a mandatory age restriction popup, consider optimizing images, minifying CSS/JS, and using a Content Delivery Network (CDN) for faster loading times.

HOW DOES MOZ FILTER ISSUES ON WEBSITES?
Good day My company is trying moz for the first, and I am their web developer, I looked through the moz report and found something confusing when checking the issues. For example, I have URL:https://www.cham-training.co.za/free-skills-development-assessment.php and the mentioned URL can have parameters as follows: 1. https://www.cham-training.co.za/free-skills-development-assessment.php?target=Internship 2. https://www.cham-training.co.za/free-skills-development-assessment.php?target=Learnership the target parameter is just used to hold a value regarding the clients actual request, learnership, internship etc. However moz seem to recognize the same link with different parameters as different links and this makes the issue count to go up. For me, then this becomes false report. Please take a look at the attached image for reference. I got issues regarding duplicate title, but the truth is there's no duplicate titles its just that moz picks up the page as different because of the url parameters. Can someone please clarify why is that so or if there's any reason moz does that. I hope to hear from you guys soon. Thank you open?id=15uTf6Wn3jQWxELQodLgtlkswZKOtNSol

Correct setup: One business, one website, two bricks and mortar locations
Hi all, we have a furniture business with two physical stores and one website, which has the ability to sell online but we hardly sell anything but we're just about to start Google PLA on a few products, let's say our website is at: nicefurniture.co.uk We have nicefurniture.co.uk/first-location and nicefurniture.co.uk/second-location set up with all the store info, a Google Map, contact info, etc. This is linked to from the footer on all pages. Issue 1: I have been told conflicting things about how to best set up our Google My Business page. One person says set the URL for both to our homepage, nicefurniture.co.uk and the other says point each GMB listing to the store location pages OR we should buy www.furniture-first-location.co.uk as our URL and point the GMB listing to that. To me, that doesn't make sense as we'd be spreading our domain equity with a new domain, surely? Issue 2: How do I get each GMB location to show up in Maps, etc when people search for 'furniture location' or even 'sofa location' or 'dining table location'? Would I need to optimize the store pages on our site? Issue 3: Years ago we did set up another URL, let's say nicefurniture-cornwall.co.uk and on it there are about 500 pages, all with links pointing to our main website. Google Search Console for our main website lists this other website as one of our top linking domains. Does that mean if we remove nicefurniture-cornwall.co.uk we'll risk a drop in rankings? Many thanks for your input.

Benefits of "Buffer Websites" Marketing for Real Estate Firm.
A local seo firm has approached us and mentioned that we should incorporate something called buffer websites into our SEO. I work with a Houston based real estate agency that sells single family homes. In a nut shell they suggested that we create 5-10 separate standalone websites that each have 40-50 pages of unique copy for specific targeted keywords of our choosing. The idea would by that all these websites and copy would all point back to our main website and help generate substantial traffic. This concepts seems to have been a couple years ago and now sure if we should go this route. Would we be better off just building unique copy on the main site and not focus on the 5-10 websites we would need to deal with? C

Dynamic websites & SEO
Hello Mozzers, I would love some advise from some seasoned SEO people PLEASE. The company I work for are replacing their static website for a new dynamic website which affectedly serves blocks of generic content based on the users activity. Currently we rank really well, especially for local long tail terms - however I am very unsure and apprehensive as to how this new approach will affect our rankings. Can Google index content pulled together on the "fly"? Can anyone recommend an article, website, white paper - explaining how to limit the change to SEO? Kind regards Ben

Meaningful analytic benchmarks and insights for 100+ websites?
Hey all! I work for an association that has over 100+ member businesses. These businesses are dispersed through out North America and each have their own website, totally independent of each other in look, feel, functionality, etc.. While most of these businesses offer the same core businesses such as a gym, summer camp and preschool, none of the website structures, calls to actions, etc. are the same. I have a feeling that there could be some interesting and meaningful analytics that I could pull together if I had access to all their Google Analytics accounts, but I'm not quite sure what they would be. Some ideas I have - 1 - Percentage of traffic from social media - will give insight as to which businesses in the association are using social successfully. 2 - New vs. Returning traffic - a high percentage of returning traffic might be indicative of more useful websites. 3 - Mobile usage - How mobile savvy are the customers of different businesses in the association. Any other analytics (and quite frankly, more meaningful/impactful than the ones I posted above) that you guys can think of? Thanks for your help! Chris
