Is there a tool to check the SEO performance of articles from different websites?

Is there a tool to check the SEO performance of articles(like 100+ articles) from different websites in one place? I am looking for a tool where I can put several URLs of the articles we have published in bulk for many of our clients, and it can show me how those articles are performing. This way, we can check the performance of these articles at any time; there is no need to add URLs every time.

SEO dealing with a CDN on a site.
This one is stumping me and I need some help. I have a client who's site is www.site.com and we have set them up a CDN through Max CDN at cdn.site.com which is basically a cname to the www.site.com site. The images in the GWT for www.site.com are de-indexing rapidly and the images on cdn.site.com are not indexing. In the Max CDN account I have the images from cdn.site.com sending a canonical header from www.site.com but that does not seem to help, they are all still de-indexing.

Google Analytics - Organic Search Traffic & Queries -What caused the huge difference?
Our website traffic dropped a little bit during the last month, but it's getting better now, almost the same with previous period. But our conversion rate dropped by 50% for the last three weeks. What could cause this huge drop in conversion rate? In Google Analytics, I compared the Organic Search Traffic with previous period, the result is similar. But the Search Engine Optimization ->Queries shows that the clicks for last month is almost zero. What could be the cause of this huge differnce? e9sJNwD.png k4M8Fa5.png

Moz is showing different "errors" than Webmaster tools
I have set up my Moz campaign and the crawl errors are showing multiple duplicate content and page titles however when I check my webmaster tools data, these errors are not showing up. Is this normal and who should I listen to?

"not selected" is gone from Google Webmaster Tools Index Status Advanced
Just noticed today that the "not selected" has been removed from the Index status, Advanced section of Google Webmaster Tools. Anyone know why. I've used this metric to determine how or why Google was not selecting pages, particularly to gauge canonical's, 301's and duplicate content. It will be missed if gone for good.

Why Webmaster tools shows different avg. positions?
Hi everyone, I am new to Seomoz, I loved this amazing SEO school 🙂 My questions is about webmaster tool. Webmaster tool shows that my site's avg. positions is 34 and its getting better every week. I even see some new queries, new avg. positions for that queries. That's great ! But when I search the avg position it is between 54 -60 and I don't see any new queries . Shouldnt we rely on what webmaster tells us about avg. positions? Thanks a lot

Analytics tagging parameters effect on site SEO
One of the effective tools used in analytics tagging is the use of analytics parameters that starts with '?' or '#'. Example on site tagging: Main link: www.domainname.com./category/sub-category/ www.domainname.com./category/sub-category/?lid=topnav www.domainname.com./category/sub-category/?lid=sidenav All three links link to the same landing page, with an extra parameter. Using email or campaign tagging: www.domainname.com./category/sub-category/ www.domainname.com./category/sub-category/?utm_source=launch&utm_medium=email&utm_term=html&utm_content=getscoop&utm_campaign=hwdyrwm2012 With that we create many tagged links based on the campaign internal strategy. How do these effect indexing, and link juice? How do thy effect SEO in general?
