Links with high spam scores - how to delete?

A number of sites that link to mine have high spam score.
I went to Google console to disavow them but they don't appear in the console.
How can I get rid of these?

So in order to disavow a link you'll need to login to Search Console, head to this link, choose your canonical domain from the list, and then upload a list of links to be disavowed.

I'd recommend trying to remove the links manually first by contacting the webmasters.
You should only disavow links if you are sure they are impacting your website, make sure to read Google's guidelines on the subject very carefully first: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/2648487?hl=en

Nasty links
Hi My first q on here (hoorah!), and it's about links (boo!). I've got what appears to be a handful (but worryingly, increasing in number) of links pointing to my site like this: http://condos.mrgulffront.com/florida-condos-for-sale/320-scenic-gulf-drive-miramar-beach-fl-32550-mls-567591/ I've made contact with the sites concerned, and had only one positive response who flatly denied all knowledge of it. The issue (as far as I can see) is that as in the above example the links (on the bottom right in the grey box) are forever changing so not always visible. Can anyone offer any guidance as to these kinds of nasty links.... I'm right at the v beginning on this "path of seo understanding" so please don't assume prior knowledge! Thanks in advance.... tom

Dealing with spam link attack
Last year I noticed that overnight my site was backlinked by 1000's of spammy links.

All with same anchor text and all really awful unrelated sites (law, money, mobile phone, pr0n sites, etc). I've not been hit with any penalties (or at least been messaged with anything to that effect), and I still float around top 10 for that anchor text, but I don't like having 1000's of spammy links with exact anchor text pointing to my site. Especially when all the other competitors have a fraction of the number of links. What would be the best way to combat these links before they do serious damage to my rankings.

Need ideas to get do follow links from highly competative niche "wedding"
I need to get high quality do-follow links and my target market/keyword is ‘Maui wedding’ and a few others. Because it is such a competitive market I am having a hard time getting links from local companies providing Maui Weddings (I know why because they are my competitors) and national companies sites aren't much help because they are trying to provide leads to their advertisers. I understand that good link building is all about the quality of the link / the anchor text attached to it. But, what about frequency? Should I build until I can't build anymore? or create a plan to submit links to a certain # of sites per week/month?
