Is this can achieved by Yoast Plugin?

sorry I did not understand before ; you mean the natural search results ; with Yoast you can configure descriptions and titles of each page of your website .. then google to indexes your pages and if well optimized , you can display several urls of your site .. but only when the search relates to your brand indexing pages .. internal to your site consider as the most relevant .. -
Like mentioned before these are organic sitelinks. They're generated automatically (as long as you have a functioning sitemap) by Google's algorithm when they feel there's additional content (beyond the main page that's returned) that would help the user find what they're looking for (here's the Google support article on it).
In your websites Webmaster Tools you can demote pages (this tells Google that you don't want that page to show as a sitelink) this doesn't last forever and isn't a sure way to control how your sitelink look.
Here's an additional article that gives you pretty clear steps to what I explained above (link).
I believe Yoast Plugin helps you create an XML sitemap so in a way, yes, Yoast Plugin can help you create sitelinks but it won't give you "complete control" at what those links look like.

Thousands of 503 errors in GSC for pages not important to organic search - Is this a problem?
Hi, folks A client of mine now has roughly 30 000 503-errors (found in the crawl error section of GSC). This is mostly pages with limited offers and deals. The 503 error seems to occur when the offers expire, and when the page is of no use anymore. These pages are not important for organic search, but gets traffic from direct and newsletters, mostly. Whats the best way to remove search indexed pages on magento?
A new client ( aqmp.com.br/ )call me yestarday and she told me since they moved on magento they droped down more than US$ 20.000 in sales revenue ( monthly)... I´ve just checked the webmaster tool and I´ve just discovered the number of crawled pages went from 3.260 to 75.000 since magento started... magento is creating lots of pages with queries like search and filters. NOINDEX listing pages: Page 2, Page 3... etc?
Would it be beneficial to NOINDEX category listing pages except for the first page. For example on this site: http://flyawaysimulation.com/downloads/101/fsx-missions/ Has lots of pages such as Page 2, Page 3, Page 4... etc: http://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Aflyawaysimulation.com+fsx+missions Would there be any SEO benefit of NOINDEX on these pages? Does Google crawl the pages which are generated via the site's search box queries?
For example, if I search for an 'x' item in a site's search box and if the site displays a list of results based on the query, would that page be crawled? I am asking this question because this would be a URL that is non existent on the site and hence am confused as to whether Google bots would be able to find it.

Tool to calculate the number of pages in Google's index?
When working with a very large site, are there any tools that will help you calculate the number of links in the Google index? I know you can use site:www.domain.com to see all the links indexed for a particular url. But what if you want to see the number of pages indexed for 100 different subdirectories (i.e. www.domain.com/a, www.domain.com/b)? is there a tool to help automate the process of finding the number of pages from each subdirectory in Google's index?
