Hi Edmond, thanks for the question!
This metric can be a bit frustrating as it is based on ad rank, not quality score. While quality score is one of the factors that contributes towards your ad rank, you should also take into consideration the use of ad extensions and bid amount as they also factor into ad rank calculations. I know you've mentioned that your bids are above the top page bid estimate but it could be possible that competitors are outbidding you with potentially higher quality scores and more ad extensions which could explain why your avg position is lower than you'd like and impressions are being lost due to rank.
My suggestion would be to make sure you are using as many ad extensions as possible that are relevant to your business. In addition you can raise your bids. Your quality scores are decent but see if there is any potential to create ad copy/landing pages that receive the 'above average' grade, if there is not much room to improve upon those then maybe consider testing ad copy with the goal of improving your CTR.
Lastly I would recommend diving into your auction insights reports, at various levels (campaign, ad group, keywords) to see how competitors are performing. Once you have an understanding of who is outperforming you can analyze their ad copy and landing pages, SEMrush is a great tool for pulling competitor ad copy!
I hope this is helpful, please let us know how things go!

Finding Organic search keywords
Hello How do I get the organic keywords that searchers type into organic search to find your website? I know google does not officially provide keywords for organic search now, only paid and I have seen work arounds at.. https://blog.kissmetrics.com/unlock-keyword-not-provided/ https://www.optimizesmart.com/optimize-organic-search-campaigns-keyword-referral-data/ Are there any other better suggestions you would give?

AdWords/Analytics Paid Search conversions not matching up - any idea why?
Hi all, Any ideas as to why AdWords and Analytics are showing different Paid Search conversion numbers for me when I check on a daily basis? Both accounts are linked, they share the same destination URLs to trigger a conversion, some days each reflects the same amount of conversions, then some days it's anything from 1-5 conversions different (Analytics is always the one to show more). Thanks M

PPC Keyword Ranking
The SEOmoz PRO tool shows how keywords rank in the organic part of the SERPs. Does anyone know if there is another tool out there that shows the same thing for ranking in the ads section of the SERPs? Also, does anyone know the winning lottery numbers (any lottery will do, I'm not fussy!). Thanks Neil

Does an AdWord campaign affect your rankings?
Say for instance you are in the business of "lawn mower repair," and you are ranking for that keyword. If you were doing an AdWord campaign on that keyword, would that also affect your organic rankings in the SERPs for that keyword?

Do Google Autofill and Instant Search affect Adwords' Keyword Tool reports?
While performing keyword research around the term "windows", I noticed the keyword "windo" gets 18,000 global monthly searches with .23 competition. Why is this? Do y'all think the Google Autofill and Instant Search features affect reports generated by using the Google Adwords keyword tool? For example, if a user starts typing a search query only to find the site they were looking for before they finished typing the search query, does Google count the partial keyword the user never finished typing into the Adwords Keyword report? I've always wondered about this. Sometimes I find it tempting to attack a misspelled keyword because of the massive search volume and low competition for that keyword. I realize that many consumers may not be very good at spelling, and this may reflect a large search volume towards a misspelled keyword. On the other hand, I see this trend of high volume, misspelled keywords many times while performing keyword research for a variety of clients. Thanks.

PPC + SEO - Both well ranked, which penalty if there's any.
Hello everyone, I have a doubt about the PPC and SEO. For example if i rank at first page ( something like 5th position ) for one specific keyword, and then I decide to add this keyword to my PPC campaign. My 5th rank will be penalized by google if i buy the PPC keyword ? Thanks.
