How do i cancel the free trial?
-
I had to get the free trial to complete a course that i was doing, but i really dont have money to pay, and want to cancel it. How do i do that?
I saw anothers questions about cancelling, they say "go to account and billing then click in cancel subscription" or anything like that, but dont have anything here!
Take a look at my print about "account and billing" page: http://prntscr.com/h460m9
Please, help me.

If the cancel link was hidden, just view source of "My Subscription" Page and then search (ctrl+f) "cancel". Next click in the link like "https://moz.com/auth/account/xxx?redirect=/subscriptions/cancel/xxx" and done.

Hey there!
Ah, it looks like you're a Udacity student. These subscriptions are slightly different from regular subscriptions - could you please pop a message over to help@moz.com so we can organise your cancellation for you?
Thank you!

I posted a print from "https://moz.com/subscriptions", i really can't find that option!!!
Here: http://prntscr.com/h49let
Please tell me on that print where is that ""Cancel Moz Pro"" option!

Hi there!
To cancel your Moz Pro subscription, you'll just need to log in and head here: https://moz.com/subscriptions
From that page, you can hit the "Cancel Moz Pro" option next to your current subscription. You’ll have access to your subscription for the most recent billing period, but after that your access will end and your card won’t be charged.
It’s not always easy to access the resources you need when you’re just starting out, but remember you can always use Mozbar, Open Site Explorer, and a few other tools for free, and keep an eye on Moz Academy and our blog for fresh & fancy SEO advice!:)

Cancelling and asking for a refund
Hi. I signed up for your free trial and forgot to cancel. However, as you can see, I haven't used your service in any way within the trial. I love SEOMoz and would love using it once my site's set up but not today. I want to cancel my subscription and ask for a refund ($149).

Can I still view archived campaigns if the subscrition is downgraded to the free version?
We have made a company decision to use another tool for the purpose of rank tracking and want to downgrade our Moz subscription to improve our bottom line. The current debate is whether the archived information has enough value to justify keeping a subscription. I am desperately hoping to circumvent this foolish, time consuming debate by being able to view archived campaign data from the free subscription, is this possible? Thanks in advance.
