I have a doubt - when I create a backlink as a part of SEO in some website when I rechecked the same couple of days after. It hasn't indexed and I checked its robots file. It showing

**User-agent: ****Mediapartners-Google ****Disallow: ****User-Agent: * ****Disallow:**However, is this create any backlink support or just this for the purpose of not indexing in google.I make it simple -"Is this kind of backlink creation support my SEO activity or Not?" In this No-index website.

Hello. This has an effect on the reputation of the site on the network. This measure does not affect positions in the search much.

How accurate are google keyword estimates for local search volume?

We've all used the Google Adwords Keywords Tool, and if you're like me you use it to analyze data for a particular region. Does anyone know how accurate this data is? For example, I'd like to know how often people in Savannah, Georgia search for the word "forklift". I figure that Google can give me two kinds of data when I ask for how many people in Savannah search for "forklift". They might actually give me rough data for how many people in the region actually searched for the term "forklift" over the last 12 months, then divide by 12 to give me a monthly average. Or they might use data on a much broader region and then adjust for Savannah's population size. In other words, they might say, in the US people searched for "forklift" and average of 1,000,000 times a month. The US has a population of 300,000,000. Savannah has a population of about 250,000. 250,000 / 300,000,000 is 0.00083. 1,000,000 times 0.00083 is 208. So, "forklift" is searched in Savannah an average of 208 times. 1. is obviously much more accurate. I suspect that 2. is the model that Google is actually using. Does anyone know with reasonable certainty which it is? Thanks,

Google showing 3 different results for homepage

Hello All! First post in this community. I hope someone can help with an issue I'm having with my website, 3vdental.com. 1. When I Google my brand name, 3V Dental Associates, I see one result on the front page. This result shows ONLY my brand name as the title tag... See here: https://www.screencast.com/t/Vwq4l2Lrn 2. When I Google my domain name, 3vdental.com, I see a second result, that still only shows my brand name as the title tag, but with sitelinks showing in the results... What are these strange backlinks?

Hello everyone! Ive recently taken on a client that has a fairly large plumbing company. We're doing okay so far at almost number 10 on the local search for plumbers on google. Our #1 competitor however.. has an interesting backlink profile that I simply cannot understand. They are linked and yes, the links are followed, from a bunch of comics? Heres an example of one of their links. http://endlessorigami.com/comic/modern-day-fight-club-2/ moz reports that the link text says "Brooklyn Plumbing" .. Where are the links on these pages? I don't see a single link... how is this even related to a plumbing company? Im so puzzled, and it appears this is where the majority of the link juice is being passed to my competitor. There are at least 15 links that are just random comics.. Thank you everyone. I hope this isn't a silly question.

Our Website is showing on the 11th place on Google Map

We have only 5* reviews, we did a bunch of local citations and still we are not in the first page of maps. Would you have any suggestions as to what we are doing wrong or should be doing? Google Structured Data Verses Yandex Structured Data Validator Query

Hi All, We have implemented Schema.org on our website and we have chosen a specific schema as opposed to just using the standard localbusiness. When we ran it through the Google Structured data tool it did not report any error , however , when we tried it on Yandex, it showed up as us having problems with the way we have tagged our addresses for our different locations so we have made additional changes to fix this. I have read somewhere that the Google Structured data tool is not 100% correct at showing any errors etc and that one should use Yandex as well for validation. I am wondering what others thoughts and if what I read should be taken as correct infomation?... I would be surprised if google did release something like the structured data validator if it wasn't as good at reporting than some others out there. thanks Pete

Why My Site is Ranked for Few Hours on Daily Basis in Google SERPs

Hey I want to know, is it possible to target a keyword which is english, but target market .com.tr For that purpose must we take backlink from site written english but target to turkish ?
Or site written english but target to anywhere? I know this question is a bit confusing but my boss want me to that.
