Unsolved IP Address Indexed on Google along with Domain

My website is showing/indexed on Google search results twice, with IP address and domain name
I'm using AWS LightSail
I don't know how to fix this, beside I'm afraid this duplicate can harm my website

• Use the robots.txt file to disallow search engines from indexing your IP address. You can do this by adding the following line to your robots.txt file:
  User-agent: * Disallow: /
  It will disallow search engines from indexing any page on your IP address.
