Unsolved Facebook Connection
-
Hello I can not for the life of me figure out how to connect Facebook. I have tried, my wife has tried. We have tried on chrome, safari, and bing and we just can't seem to make it work. Can you help us with this? Thanks.

Hi, with our web design company, we always add social media icons to our blog posts, this helps us gain more followers on Facebook.
-
Here is the proof showing that I have a page to manage and Moz is still not detecting it.
-
@Ingrins so I log in with my profile and then I switch into the business page from that profile not sure why its still not working.
-
It says there is no Manageable Page so you must create a Page. Could be that?
-
Hi Ingrins, hope you're well.
Let me ask you if the Facebook problem already exists?
According to the image you provided, it says.
"No Manageable Pages Found on your user account"
I gess you have a personal account only?
Look that in the same screen you can create a Facebook page that you'll be able to manage it.
Hope this will work
Kind Regards,Miquel

Hi, perhaps the Facebook page is not fully filled out yet? we are web designers, once you have fully created the Facebook page, make sure you add a link to your header and footer on your website, as you will get a lot more followers if you do this.

No matter what I do. I get this error.
-
@FinacusTech Is there a way to jump on a call with someone or a zoom to do it? I have tried as mentioned on several different web browsers. I have even tried on different computers.
Thanks.

I understand your frustration. Try these steps:
Clear Browser Cache: Go to your browser settings and clear the cache and cookies.
Disable Extensions: Temporarily turn off any browser extensions.
Update Browser: Ensure your browser is up to date.
Use a Different Device: Try logging in from another device.
Check Facebook Status: Visit Downdetector to see if Facebook is down.
If none of these work, contact Facebook Support. Good luck! -

Facebook won't show up in SERP
Hello! One of my clients' Facebook page isn't showing up on the SERP, even when you search "CLIENT NAME facebook" or an excerpt from a live post. Our social media team looked over all the settings in Meta, and everything looks correct, so we are stumped. Anyone encounter this before?

Multiple Locations + Incomplete "Facebook" Listing
Hi! I am in charge of multiple listings for the same business because they have many offices throughout the US. Upon submitting these different locations on Moz Local, I have now run into an issue where all of the listings are not registering their correct Facebook page. On Facebook I have created separate pages for each location (using their location manager tool), but I am unsure on how to connect this to Moz. I have tried submitting the URL of the Facebook page in the "Advanced" tab in the "edit" area, but this does not seem to solve the problem. Any idea on why this is happening, and if there is an easy fix? Thanks everyone!

3 Locations = 1 Facebook Page or = 3 Facebook Pages
What is the best practice? I have a client with 3 locations with an actual address and not virtual. He has 1 Facebook page with the address and phone number of the main location. Do I add locations in Facebook on that main FB page or do I create 2 more FB pages to have one for each location?

As a result we're pausing further updates. However, information distributed so far will be unaffected for the duration of your subscription." I checked both my accounts and saw the only discrepancy was the suite # was missing on Facebook. I added but I am not sure what else I need to do. Can someone help? Thanks, Judd1 -
Facebook page not appearing in the Moz Local listing report
Hello, We recently set-up a Moz local account and have submitted our data about the business to it. However for some reason our Facebook page is not showing up in the listing report. The Facebook page is active and has all the NAP details but in the listing report, it only gives the option of creating a listing. Is there any way I can link our Facebook page in the listing report.

We have 2 verified listing in Moz Local, one verified by Google and one verified by Facebook. Can I bring them together?
The thing is, the listing verified through Google also has metrics for listings within a number of other direct networks, and the listing verified with Facebook has metrics showing for other direct networks. It would be good if I could bring these together and get a better overall picture of how our local listings are optimised.
