I'd use subdomains for each, or even the TLD for each country if your name is available. Using .com.br is a bit more confusing (to me anyway). You can basically duplicate the content (translated) and tell Google what site serves what country with GWT or what language with "hreflang=..." https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/189077?hl=en

No, Google won't see it - you're meant to make your site accessible to those with JS turned off. Check using GWT 'fetch as Google'.
You could, however, do this with PHP.
