I did not include Amsterdam in the meta titel but google is still showing this, how can this happen, any SEO EXPERT solutions for this?

I have had the same situation, with these local seo sites. What is intresting about it is that i had 2 website wich have almost the same amount of links but one of them have dubble much DA as the other, https://rioolontstoppen-alkmaar24.nl DA2 https://rioolontstoppen-zoetermeer24.nl DA 3.9 wich they have 100% the same type of backlinks? #DA issue
