Looks like the exported CSV shows the top 50. Any idea if more data is available here?

Top Queries By Coutnry or Language?
Is there a tool or resource that provides top keywords by country or language?
Something like https://freekeywords.wordtracker.com/top-keywords.html

RE: Does server location (IP) help with international SEO?
From the link:
"Server location (through the IP address of the server) is frequently near your users. However, some websites use distributed content delivery networks (CDNs) or are hosted in a country with better webserver infrastructure, so we try not to rely on the server location alone."

Does server location (IP) help with international SEO?
If I have a .com.br domain with all my content in Portuguese, will it make a difference if I host in the US or if I host on a server in Brazil?
I thought I had the answer to this from Rand in one of his Whiteboard Fridays a while back where he said hosting in the target country would help, but the lady who did the international SEO presentation in MozCon 2011 said any SEO who says this helps doesn't know international SEO. Can anybody point me to a case study on this?
I have US and Brazilian dedicated servers but I'd prefer to get rid of the Brazil server expense.

Blog Comment IPs Seen By Google?
I have a page on a client's site for testimonials (a dental practice). The page is actually a post on a Wordpress install where customers can enter their testimonials as WP comments.
In an effort to encourage more clients to give more testimonials I was considering setting up an iPad or other tablet at the receptionist's desk where patients would be able to enter their successes as comments on the page.
If I made sure the patients all used unique names and emails in the Wordpress comments, would Google still see all the comments are from the same IP and view this as suspicious?

RE: Big discrepancy between search volume and actual traffic
Yeah, when you're targeting a phrase, you'll want to look only at exact-match estimates for that phrase. Broad-match is misleading when you're looking to get traffic by ranking for an exact phrase. Broad-match is more useful if you are going to be bidding for broad PPC on Adwords.

RE: For multi language sites, what is best - two domains or one with both languages?
Is the spanish search traffic in Texas enough to make another site worth it? Or are most hispanics using english search terms anyway?
I'd say if the spanish search traffic isn't that much I would make one site that is spanish and english. But if there are considerable spanish searches in your area I would do a separate site in spanish.
Since this is probably a local business, you might confuse the local listings if you try to have two sites for one company. So having two sites could require setting up two companies.
If this was for two different countries, I would definitely make two sites. Since it's in the same geographical area I would lean towards one site instead of two.

I've had success using DFB on pages that link to my sites. I have always shied away from blasting anything like this to my main sites.

What is the value of english links with foreign language anchor text for a foreign site?
I have a site in Spanish that is hosted in Spain with a .es TLD.
I already have many Spanish-language links from websites in Spain, but I obviously want more and I'm finding I might need to look beyond typical Spanish sites.
In talking to some of my link builders who work on my English/American sites, they are recommending that I build links on the normal article sites, blogs and web 2.0 sites that I normally build links on but that I make all the content English and insert the anchor text in Spanish.
For example, if my site were about "weightloss", my keyword would be "perder peso" (in spanish). They are recommending that I have articles, reviews, etc written about weightloss in English with the anchor text "perder peso" worked into the English article. Most of the sites are English sites that are hosted in the US (article sites, web 2.0 properties, etc).
My question is what is the value of these links? Does anybody have any experience with this?

RE: What do I do about multiple listings for doctors on InfoUSA?
Thanks for your help.
By consolidate the listings do you mean delete the individual doctor listings or let Google do its consolidation that it seems to be trying to figure out?
As i mentioned in my original question, health care review sites such as healthgrades.com do reviews on a per-doctor basis and there is no ability to leave reviews on clinics. As long as Google can figure out the doctor reviews are traced back to the clinic's main listing I think I should just leave everything as-is.
