Hi Luciano, Like yourself, we had used TrustPilot for a couple of years but were recommended Reviews.io. We moved about 3 years ago and has genuinely been one of the better business decisions we have made. From the support received through to the actual product/back-end system Reviews.io, in my opinion, are better for our business and are cheaper than we were paying previously, which is a nice bonus!
