RE: How long does Google takes to re-index title tags?
Hi,
I am contacting you guys again. Google has re-indexed our site completely. The only thing is our home page which remains with the old title tag... Any reason as to why this remains unchanged? See screenshot here: http://screencast.com/t/COF3cN9zC5

How long does Google takes to re-index title tags?
Hi,
We have carried out changes in our website title tags. However, when I search for these pages on Google, I still see the old title tags in the search results. Is there any way to speed this process up?
Thanks

RE: Switching from HTTP to HTTPS: 301 redirect or keep both & rel canonical?
Hi Logan,
I have a question related to this topic. We have something similar in place, but we are struggling as the 301 redirect from http to https sometime kills the gclid parameter that AdWords uses to track clicks coming search or display campaigns.
Have you heard about this before? Do you any practical solution to this?
Cheers,

RE: Robots txt. in page with 301 redirect
Hey, for some time we will keep the files in the old domain. Should we break the redirect and insert the disallows to the robot.txt of the old site?

RE: Robots txt. in page with 301 redirect
Hi Laura,
Thanks for your reply. I don't want to disallow the URLs these pages are being redirected to. Actually these URLs are in the old version but still can be accessed. So to put it simply, this is my case:
1- This was our current website: www.kilgray.com (With a 301 redirect)
2- This is our new website: www.memoq.com
3- I would like to disallow the following links on the old website that are still visible (haven't been redirected):

Robots txt. in page with 301 redirect
We currently have a a series of help pages that we would like to disallow from our robots txt.
The thing is that these help pages are located in our old website, which now has a 301 redirect to current site.
Which is the proper way to go around?
1- Add the pages we want to disallow to the robots.txt of the new website?
2- Break the redirect momentarily and add the pages to the robots.txt of the old one?
Thanks

Best practice for URL - Language/country
Hi,
We are planning on having our website localized into more languages. We already have an English and German version. The German version is currently a sub-domain:
www.example.com --> English version
de.example.com --> German version
Is this recommended? Or is it always better to have URLs with language prefixes such a:
