For Google these above points are ok .. but for Bing.. we have to use bing webmaster tools to monitor , analyze how your website and content works. It helps to improvise for better visibility and also definitely add reviews as much possible to your Google my business & other local listings for your business.

@skchad13j , well explained .. It happens only for new websites mostly & wrong usage of keywords initially..
