There are many effective strategies you can do for increasing your site ranking and visitors, you have discussed about the link farming it is exchanging reciprocal links with website.  i have suggest some simplest points which will be helpful for you in building Penguin-Friendly links:

Since Google launched their penguin updates so millions of website have been falling down it's ranking.

1. Get more social presence, social signals are more important than ever , if you post new blog post then share it in Google+, facebook fan-page or on twitter

2. Link to your inner page : I see lot of people doing link building on their home page. Google will show red flag if bulk of back links are point to your home page, so internal linking is best solution.

3. Do variation of keywords and brand building: If you use only one keywords then it would be over optimized.

4. Focus on quality not quantity: Give fresh and natural link so it will surely rise your keyword position.

5. And make sure you are producing link-worthy content

And about ideal Bounce rate : Its totally depends on your niche. For example:  SEO blog ( user engagement )  should have low bounce rate but in case of deals ( Click to claim to get the deal )  sites its better to have high bounce rate.

Don't use pop ups, Improve website design, focus on Navigation & Usability, Reduce website loading time, Use multimedia ( Video) for user engagement. There are many other depends on your niche.

As per your URL, I think best solution is to block "search" directory in Robots.txt, then Google will not able to to access those pages so no error in GWT. OR you can also create default page for query which don't have any result in database.

If you verified your Google Places listing, you’ll be able to respond to the negative review. Respond very politely and professional way to that negative comments. Your site is related to pharmacy schools so it is batter to get back-links from educational sites and .edu sites.  If you use health sites then might be possible that Google consider it as a unrelated but according to me it is not a totally irrelevant.

Actually its not the error,  you can have more than 100 internal link on a single page. In report, SEOMOZ just point out the pages so that you can look into it. You will see same whenever they find canonical tag on your web page, they just report you so you can verify it out.

If you want to increase your domain authority and page authority then you have to increase links to your website if you have good amount of do follow links then it will help you more. Content is a king if you produce ethical and informative content then it is good for increasing page and domain authority but content should be link worthy.  Increase your social presence and promote your blogs and  root domain through social networking sites. I think in this case 301 redirection would be good option. Why can't you permanently redirect non-www version to WWW or WWW to non-www. ( Before doing redirection please check domain authority & page authority. Do redirection on page having more domain & page authority.)

First of all thing this is an issue of canonical, your site is open with three different URL so Google consider it as duplicate content. Your page rank and link juice will divided in all 3 URL so please set this problem by writing this code in .htaccess file.

Have you republished of your site? you must republish your site in order for any changes you have made to take effect In this issue and you can also   "Update Google Analytics Settings". Is your JavaScript code doesn't contain any error? Apply these all points for getting tracking back to Google analytics.

Hi William, I don't think anybody can provide 100% guarantee on reconsideration because Google didn't provide any confirmation saying "You don't any unnatural links now".  I got unnatural link email in three website, I have started deleting all looks which looks unnatural to me. Still after lots of link deletion I am getting unnatural link email in two website. Google is not sending unnatural link email in third website, they have not provided in confirmation of unnatural links but I am not receiving any email in that webmaster account. My ranking is back for this website and I am happy now.

If any webmaster doesn't reply to your link removal email, you can mention that out in your reconsideration email. One of my website Dealsbell.com has 50k+ backlinks from sidebar of williamsburgwarriors.org, I have contacted webmaster several times but I didn't get any response then I have mentioned out this website's name in my two reconsideration request. This website is no longer in Google index, Google has removed this website from search and its also not showing in my GWT backlinks profile.

As you have unique content, Why can't you create blog on your own website. And publish content on own blog instead of putting them in article and web 2.0 sites. After posting content in blog share them on social media. By that you will get direct traffic on your website.

Do you have related pages for those 100 pages ? 301 redirect is the best solution in your case only when you redirect those pages to most relevant pages so that some authority get transfer to those pages.

I don't think targeting category page would be a good idea for "seo optimization for web" keyword because if someone has search for this keyword in Google and looking for seo then is it good idea to show seo articles? No, instead of that you can make separate page and explain what is seo, what you do in it, show some case custody, testimonials of clients, lead capture form etc.

Google uses phone number as their unique identifier for the business so they will merge businesses with the same phone number and assume it's a data error instead of two separate businesses. Footer links or the interlinking are only for the end user navigation helps so if user likes it or use it then google will also likes it. Your homepage are very much interlinked with lots of keywords under the section "Popular Motorcycle, ATV, Dirt Bike, UTV Parts and Accessories" which are not good according to my experience. Brand section on the homepage are OK. Its good if you only give a link on brand name itself instead of keywords for JakeWilson.com. Also there is no need of putting "Take a look at our most popular areas" section in footer.

Also i would suggest you to put Title tag with 10 - 60 characters, no special characters.

No its not a good idea to get more no. of backlinks for one website from one web 2.0 blog. Google gives more priority to the websites who gets unique link from different C Class Ip's.

302 is best for the temporary redirect, if you don't want any pages temporary bases then you can use 302 redirect. It does not passes any link juice from that domain. If you want to permanently redirect in your site then 301 is best way because it passes maximum link juice of that page in your site. You can redirect that page only if it is relevant to your niche otherwise it is useless to redirect.

You have multilingual site with same content? If your multilingual website indicate duplication error then rel= canonical and 301 both you can apply for solving problem.  You can also make the URL/ sub-folder structure.  Rel canonical also best option for this. If you want to permanently move that version to your min domain then you can use 31 redirect.  Read these both links for the getting more idea about solving duplication error.

I agree with Jungles & askshopper. As you know Content is the King in SEO..

If the Unique Content (incl KW's with bold/strong tag) is above the product then google will 1st see that part and then your products. Products are most likely a duplicate content (Product Title, Product Desc, etc). Google loves unique content so if Google see unique content 1st which are helpful to users then google loves it..

If i am not wrong google see the page in this way : Title, Description, H1, H2 and then starts with the 1st paragraph(very imp) of the page. If you target the keyword in 1st para of the page then it will really helps. Also, if the content is below product then google will see that lastly which might not get more priority in google's eye logically. Normally google works as an user, if we are an end user then 1st we start with the 1st para and if we like 1st para then we continuously go ahead otherwise we stop there. Same with google, if 1st para is unique & very helpful to end user then google loves it....

I have checked your category pages, you have implemented canonical correctly so no worry about it. And SEOMOZ tool heading says it's just a notice, not a warning. It's just to alert to so that you cross verify it code and make sure things are setup correctly.

SEOmoz robots needs sometime to crawl the web pages. Wait for some time it will surely show those backlinks.  And it will also show nofollow link.
