RE: domain authority has not changed
Domain authority is one of the prime factors in ranking any website and also it is not only the ranking factor. Come up with quality content with a good readability score and make sure to add target keywords in the SEO titles and description and mainly in the URL. Every tool has its own metrics to check the domain ratings. so, please don't think too much about the DA and focus more on quality content and content distribution on good websites to get to do follow referring domains.
