RE: Invisible robots.txt?
This is interesting. I am currently working on the robots.txt and testing it for different purposes. I also thought to do some test with wordpress websites as well so thanks for the update I’ll keep that in mind before actually testing different stuff.
Thanks!

RE: The perfect work environment?
I really like the list by Thomas Ballantyne, the only thing I would like to add in it is the monthly points that one get (performance based) to buy techie stuff from Google store, job related book and other stuff.
This can give the productivity boost as most of the techie folks including me are good fan of Google stuff, T-shits, books and other research materials. It would be awesome if company help me buying those based on my performance.

RE: The perfect work environment?
This is ideal... perfect environment where employees can easily come up with the ideas and productivity, which is most important at the end of the day.

RE: SEOMoz says i have errors but goole webmaster doesnt show them - which one is right ?
No big deal, these URLs can be generated if you are using a non SEO friendly CMS. This happens to me when I was using Joomla (Joomla is not bad but It didn’t worked out well for me!).
The simple solution to this is download the CSV from screaming frog and go to these pages and set rel=canonical to the page so that Google if crawling, knows what page contains the original data that crawlers should be looking for.
On the other hand it’s a good idea to look in to some good SEO friendly CMS.
