Data > Keyword > SERP
Generate SERP
JSON-RPC Method:
data.keyword.serp.generateTrigger on-demand collection of a SERP, returning it upon completion.
This is an asynchronous method. It always responds with a pending async call, which is polled with async.call.lookup.
On-demand collection is protected by a global rate limit of 2000 requests per hour across all callers; exceeding it returns a RateLimitError.
Throws RunError if a SERP for this query was collected less than 24 hours ago.
serp_query
object
The SERP query object describes a keyword or search phrase in combination with several options to specify how the query is run (i.e. how a SERP should be retrieved for this keyword if necessary).

2 "serp_query": {
3 "keyword": "domain authority",
4 "locale": "en-US",
5 "device": "desktop",
6 "engine": "google"

Uses 21 rows calculated as: 6 for collection, 10 for SERP results, and 1 per non-null keyword metric (volume, difficulty, organic_ctr, priority, intent). Each missing metric refunds 1 row (e.g. 19 when two metrics are null).
