Does More Guest Posts Effect Website Rankings in a Negative Way?

Hello Everyone,
On an average I am getting around 20 backlinks for 15 days. All these backlinks are done through proper outreach and guest posts in relevant websites. We have a team of four people doing only outreach and getting backlinks through proper guest posts.
But I am worried on whether it will effect my website ranking in a negative way?
Kindly get me clarified with my doubt. Should I continue this or should I reduce my numbers?

We also get backlinks by making profiles on business overview sites (E.g. Yelp) and get certificates for safe shopping etc... There's a great article on no-follow links on https://moz.com/blog/the-hidden-power-of-nofollow-links

Any guest posting that you're doing and how it affects your site's search engine rankings will depend on your site's link profile. If you're only doing guest posting and that's how you're getting your links, then that may put up a red flag and it might affect rankings. However, if you have thousands of links from other sites then a few guest posts aren't going to hurt, they should help.
Keep in mind, though, that any guest posts should comply with Google's webmaster guidelines, the blogger should disclose that it's a guest post, and typically it should be a nofollow link to your website. If it doesn't comply, it doesn't matter how many posts you have, even a few could get your site penalized.

I've been using the Moz Spam Score Checker and my website, sngplbill.pk, currently has a score of 7%. Sponsored posts against Google guidelines?
I'm a bit confused. Every blog I try to outreach on always give me a quote for a sponsored post. Isn't this against Google guidelines because you paying for a link technically even though your paying for a post? Do you guys buy sponsored posts? Should this be avoided? How do you outreach to a blog that offers sponsored posts? They can smell that you want a link from a mile away and give you a nice fat quote.

Where/should I post my press release/articles on my own website?
I have started a long-term article marketing campaign and press release distribution. I will have about 4 articles and press releases in total every month. Although the press releases will not be self-promotional, sometimes they will be talking about a certain product that we unveil. The question is, due to the high quality of these press releases, should I put them on my website as well as publish them on third party websites? If so, because they target a specific service/product which we already have a dedicated page on our website, wouldn't that put Google in the position of choosing between the two pages? I was thinking to put them on my blog and link internally from there with the keywords that I target on those pages as anchor text. The same question for articles. Any suggestions?

Creating a separate blog off our website
A while ago we purchased some domains that are related to our industry. I'm fairly sceptical about using them, but I am interested what peoples thoughts are. We are currently producing quite alot of engaging content and although it's industry related, it is sometimes quite broad and not always appropriate for our company blog. I have been debating whether or not it will be a good idea to use one of the domain names that we have purchased to create more of an industry blog that is off our website. I'm not sure if this is considered a "black hat" technique by using domains registered to us? Asking other websites to link your website when the want to be in your directory
Hello, We have 3 web directories, and I wonder if it is legal for search engines to ask people who want to be in the directory to link to a particular website in order to be in our directory. I mean, it is free adding the url in the directory but if they lwant to be in the directory they have to ink to a website we have decided.
