Does More Guest Posts Effect Website Rankings in a Negative Way?

Hello Everyone,
On an average I am getting around 20 backlinks for 15 days. All these backlinks are done through proper outreach and guest posts in relevant websites. We have a team of four people doing only outreach and getting backlinks through proper guest posts.
But I am worried on whether it will effect my website ranking in a negative way?
Kindly get me clarified with my doubt. Should I continue this or should I reduce my numbers?

We also get backlinks by making profiles on business overview sites (E.g. Yelp) and get certificates for safe shopping etc... There's a great article on no-follow links on https://moz.com/blog/the-hidden-power-of-nofollow-links

Any guest posting that you're doing and how it affects your site's search engine rankings will depend on your site's link profile. If you're only doing guest posting and that's how you're getting your links, then that may put up a red flag and it might affect rankings. However, if you have thousands of links from other sites then a few guest posts aren't going to hurt, they should help.
Keep in mind, though, that any guest posts should comply with Google's webmaster guidelines, the blogger should disclose that it's a guest post, and typically it should be a nofollow link to your website. If it doesn't comply, it doesn't matter how many posts you have, even a few could get your site penalized.

We do our SEO in-house, and I don't have the time for blogger outreach. Does anyone know of a reputable place where I can submit our content to be pitched to relevant outlets for backlinks and US traffic? I am not in it for someone creating our content; I write it myself and have a degree in the content I produce. Please tell me my website DA is Fake or any effect my ranking.

Best Way to Filter Backlinks
When analyzing backlinks and trying to get the same one for another site there are a ton of backlinks to go through. I know that if the DA of the link is then pages on the site might be a good choice like adding an article or something of the sort to the site but as far a the same page goes you can typically only do this with a comment on the page. My question is, given a huge list of backlinks from multiple sites, is there an easy way to analyze the links and determine which ones I can copy without manually checking hundreds of links?

Duplicate contents with competitors websites
Hello, I have use the http://copyscape.com to check the duplicate content and found that my website have some errors duplicate contents with other competitors website. But a problem is, I could not define the reason of this (my website copied the competitors website or they copied of mine) To solve this issues, should I modify a unique my contents (this is difficult) or anyone have a good solution for this problem? Some questions about guest posting
After reading this on the SEOMoz blog, I've decided to try some guest posting to gain some backlinks for our real estate site. I have a few questions for those of you who do this regularly: 1. If the site you are posting on allows up to 3 links in the signature box, do you generally use them all? My gut instinct is that one anchor texted link would give me the most bang for my buck. 3. How much attention do you pay to PR or DA? If a site is PR1 but relevant to your niche would you spend the time to write the article? 4. What negatives have you found when writing guest posts?
