I am wondering if Moz Pro account users have the option to set up a white-labeled version of the Moz Local Listings Checker? And if so, how? It would be an excellent tool to entice customers to sign up for our services.

At present, setting up a white-labeled version of Moz Local is not feasible. As of my last update in January 2022, Moz Local doesn't offer a white-label option for their service. However, you can keep an eye on Moz's official announcements or contact their support team via Moz's official website to inquire about any updates or changes to their services, including the possibility of white-labeling Moz Local in the future. I have several locations on MOZ Local. I haven't had any trouble before, but now when I try to update anything (on any location) I get this error "Your location could not be saved" and if I attempt to navigate off the page it reminds me that my changes won't be saved. ???? Unsolved New Google SERP Now Lazy Loading
Hello, Google has changed the way it displays it's SERPs with lazy loading new listings. Because of this the Moz Chrome Extension no longer shows results past first results. I also often find that when a site is ranked above the Maps, it doesn't display results. Is there a fix for this?

Unsolved WHY IS NO ONE AT MOZ CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONDING??! THEY STOLE MY MONEY
AFTER MAKING PAYMENT FOR MOZ LOCAL I WAS ASKED TO CLICK THE LOCATION ID TO GET STARTED BUT IT JUST LOOPS TO THE SUBSCRIPTION PAGE. ALL BUTTONS JUST LOOP. I SENT 10 EMAILS TO MOZ AND THEY CLAIM TO RESPOND IN 24 HOURS BUT IT HAS BEEN LONGER THAN THAT! IS THIS A SCAM SERVICE AND WAS I JUST ROBBED OF MY MONEY!!! HOW DO I CALL THESE PEOPLE SINCE THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO EMAILS!!! ???/

Moz Local and Apple Maps: How does the listing update work?
Hello, how are apple maps updated via Moz Local? We have a client who changed their business name within the last six months. We noticed one of the few items that has not changed to date within their Moz dashboard is the name of the business on Apple Maps. In the Accuracy grid, the only item not checked within the Apple Maps column is the business name. Does anyone know how this process works within the Moz Local portal? Is there something we can do to advance the name change on our end? Thank you.

Moz Local users: Specs for Images?
I'm working on the the CSV for Moz Local and I'm wondering about Image and Logo specs. For the five images that are allowed to be uploaded, are there any size specs (width, height and file size) that assures that my images will be likely to be accepted throughout the various Moz Local partners? How does Moz Local work with business that don't have a physical location? (e.g., handyman, locksmith, etc.)
I'm wondering how Moz Local will handle a business that doesn't want to publicly display an address. A handyman, landscaper, or locksmith might want to do something like this. Is it easily handled or do you have to manually try to "work around" to hide the address on sites that let you? Thanks!
