I am wondering if Moz Pro account users have the option to set up a white-labeled version of the Moz Local Listings Checker? And if so, how? It would be an excellent tool to entice customers to sign up for our services.

At present, setting up a white-labeled version of Moz Local is not feasible. As of my last update in January 2022, Moz Local doesn't offer a white-label option for their service. However, you can keep an eye on Moz's official announcements or contact their support team via Moz's official website to inquire about any updates or changes to their services, including the possibility of white-labeling Moz Local in the future. Unsolved WHY IS NO ONE AT MOZ CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONDING??! THEY STOLE MY MONEY
AFTER MAKING PAYMENT FOR MOZ LOCAL I WAS ASKED TO CLICK THE LOCATION ID TO GET STARTED BUT IT JUST LOOPS TO THE SUBSCRIPTION PAGE. ALL BUTTONS JUST LOOP. I SENT 10 EMAILS TO MOZ AND THEY CLAIM TO RESPOND IN 24 HOURS BUT IT HAS BEEN LONGER THAN THAT! IS THIS A SCAM SERVICE AND WAS I JUST ROBBED OF MY MONEY!!! HOW DO I CALL THESE PEOPLE SINCE THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO EMAILS!!! ???/

Moz Local and Apple Maps: How does the listing update work?
Hello, how are apple maps updated via Moz Local? We have a client who changed their business name within the last six months. We noticed one of the few items that has not changed to date within their Moz dashboard is the name of the business on Apple Maps. In the Accuracy grid, the only item not checked within the Apple Maps column is the business name. Does anyone know how this process works within the Moz Local portal? Is there something we can do to advance the name change on our end? Thank you.

“XXX Close” and “XXX Cl” showing up as inconsistencies of the same address in Moz Local checker
I was using the moz local check listing feature to check one of our clients whos addresses is “XXX Close” When i check listing in moz local i get 2 options of the site : with address “XXX Close” with address “XXX Cl” If i click on the “XXX Close” version it shows me listing where the address is written as “XXX Cl” as being inconsistent and visa versa if i click on the “XXX Cl” version. (this happens as some sites reformat the text, ive submitted them all as “XXX Close”) Is the something to be concerned about ? eg. could it effect rankings or does google understand that they are the same ?

Hello, Im so new to Moz Local and currently I have 2 of my clients using the service. I'm trying to add a second location for one of my client. Can anyone give me insight...step by step on How to do this? Please take a look at the screenshot. Also I believe it shows the second location as a duplicate? Best Practice on how to approach this? How does Moz Local work with business that don't have a physical location? (e.g., handyman, locksmith, etc.)
I'm wondering how Moz Local will handle a business that doesn't want to publicly display an address. A handyman, landscaper, or locksmith might want to do something like this. Is it easily handled or do you have to manually try to "work around" to hide the address on sites that let you? Thanks!
