Using the free domain analysis tool - what would cause "Bummer no data found"
-
When I enter my domain in the free analysis tool, I get a "bummer, no data found". I am certain whatever is causing that to happen is causing other SEO problems
-
The "Bummer, no data found" message in a free domain analysis tool typically indicates that the tool was unable to retrieve information for the domain entered. This can happen for several reasons: the domain might be too new, lacking enough online presence or data history; the domain could be inactive or unregistered; or the tool may not have access to data sources like WHOIS, backlink profiles, or traffic metrics for that specific domain. It could also result from temporary issues with the tool’s database or limitations in the free version of the tool.

Hi there!
If you are seeing "Bummer! No Data" being reported within the Free Domain Analysis tool, this is due to insufficient data being available for your site.
In order for our tool to create an analysis of your Domain, you will need to have both Linking data and Ranking data available for the site entered. You can view links for your site via Link Explorer: https://moz.com/link-explorer
You can view keywords for your site via Keyword Explorer: https://analytics.moz.com/pro/keyword-explorer
If either of the above return 0 links / keywords, no data will be available within the Domain Analysis tool.
If you still have questions after running your site through the tools above, please email us at help@moz.com. Thank you!

Best way to find keyword volume data for lists
Hi Mozzers! I have a workflow question. I like to browse for keywords by hitting the SERPs and getting Related Keywords, People Also Search For, and Long-Tail Variants using various tools. I then scoop up these entries and paste them into a spreadsheet. The next step would be to find search volume data. Does Moz Explorer offer a good way to find this data for lists of keywords? I see how to get this info for one keyword at a time, but I'm interested in getting KW volume for a list, either by pasting KWs into a field or uploading a spreadsheet. I recall using the Google Keyword Planner once for this purpose, but I wonder if Moz also offers a way. I am a Moz Pro user. Thanks in advance for your advice. AK

High total links, but very few root domains?
Hi Moz community!I've just joined and am getting to grips with SEO basics. Right now, I'm looking at the Competitive Link Metrics in Moz Pro, and I'm curious about the following- Of the three competitors that we're following, I'm trying to figure out some differences between two of them - we'll call them A and B. 'A' has 3.6k external followed and total links, with 5 total linking root domains. 'B' (a more prestigious and established company with a much higher DA) has 2.2k total external links, with 180 root domains. So my question is, how can A have nearly 1,000 more links, but only from 5 domains? Any feedback much appreciated! Thanks!

How to use Campaigns
I'm struggling with a very basic question at the beginning. How to use campaigns in moz 🙂

How do you use Campaigns? Only one campaign for the whole domain? One basic Campaign for the whole domain plus temporary campaigns for the current topic you are working on? A campaign for every conversion goal... Couldn't find a best of what a campaign could be.1 -

Report time periods & Domain Authority over time
Hello there. I am evaluating the Moz tools and I have two brief questions. What are the time periods (weekly, monthly, ..) that one can choose to compile reports? Is there a view to show Domain Authority over time? Thanks, Marco

New to using MOZ. Familiar with Google Analytics. With MOZ is there a code snippet to include on my site?
Just taken over web marketing responsibilities at my company. Will be doing some major website upgrades soon. I'm not familiar with MOZ and don't want to overwrite anything. So when setting up MOZ, is there a code snippet that goes anyplace on the site like there is with Google analytics? Thanks.

How do you "Moz Crawl" a website? Newbie...
Hi everyone; I've used Screaming Frog in the past and it's simple: you enter the URL to the box and click "start" and.. voila: as the button says, the crawling starts. I've had the Pro version of Moz for a while now and haven't really 'done' anything with it. I'd like to crawl a website and thought it would be as easy as it's always been with Screaming Frog... but, for some reason, I can't find the 'way' to do it. I find it really frustrating especially cause I feel like an idiot going around in circles thinking I'm missing something really obvious... Until I realised the only solution was to ask here! So... how in the world do you crawl a website using Moz tools? (Pro version) Thanks!
