Moz Local - Multiple locations - How to Add another Location

Hello, Im so new to Moz Local and currently I have 2 of my clients using the service. I'm trying to add a second location for one of my client. Can anyone give me insight...step by step on How to do this?
Please take a look at the screenshot. Also I believe it shows the second location as a duplicate?
Best Practice on how to approach this?

This is Michael on the Moz Help Team and I want to thank you for reaching out with this question. In general, you'll want to use the check listing tool to get another listing published. You access this interface from our Check Listing tool here:https://moz.com/local/search

Once you find your business, on the next page click "Improve with Moz Local."

This will take you to a page with an interface for submitting the information that is collected in the CSV. The required fields are at the top, and everything else is below. When that is complete you'll be able to purchase the listing.

Solved "Your location could not be saved"
I have several locations on MOZ Local. I haven't had any trouble before, but now when I try to update anything (on any location) I get this error "Your location could not be saved" and if I attempt to navigate off the page it reminds me that my changes won't be saved. ???? I don't see anything wrong with any entries.

Unsolved Moz Local business listing
Hello, I just signed up for Moz local, when will all of the directories promised be populated with the information I filled out in the dashboard? It is my understanding, I just fill out my profile on Moz local and all the business listing will be automatically created and updated for me. or do I need to create the account on for example Manta and Forsquare and then you will update the existing account. Please reply back to me with clear answer and instructions to my question. Thank you!

“XXX Close” and “XXX Cl” showing up as inconsistencies of the same address in Moz Local checker
I was using the moz local check listing feature to check one of our clients whos addresses is “XXX Close” When i check listing in moz local i get 2 options of the site : with address “XXX Close” with address “XXX Cl” If i click on the “XXX Close” version it shows me listing where the address is written as “XXX Cl” as being inconsistent and visa versa if i click on the “XXX Cl” version. (this happens as some sites reformat the text, ive submitted them all as “XXX Close”) Is the something to be concerned about ? eg. could it effect rankings or does google understand that they are the same ?

Moz Local: Does cancelling change information in business listings?
I was reading the FAQ on Moz Local and would like clarification about this question/answer: What happens to my listings on the sites in your network if I cancel my Moz Local subscription? Moz Local will simply report to the sites in our network that the listing is no longer under management by one of our customers. In this event, Acxiom and Neustar Localeze will revert your listings to their status prior to your Moz Local subscription. In some cases, your other listings will lose enhanced content like website URL, secondary category information, logos, and other images. Moz Local will not actively remove your listing from our network of sites. You will always have the ability to reclaim your listings manually on each site if you decide to cancel your Moz Local subscription. So let's say my business moved to another location. Then I signed up for a Moz Local subscription, updated my business address, and then did not renew. After I cancel the Moz Local subscription, will my business address in the Acxiom and Localeze listings revert to what it was before I changed it through Moz Local? Please let me know. Thanks!

Moz Local users: Specs for Images?
I'm working on the the CSV for Moz Local and I'm wondering about Image and Logo specs. For the five images that are allowed to be uploaded, are there any size specs (width, height and file size) that assures that my images will be likely to be accepted throughout the various Moz Local partners? How does Moz Local work with business that don't have a physical location? (e.g., handyman, locksmith, etc.)
I'm wondering how Moz Local will handle a business that doesn't want to publicly display an address. A handyman, landscaper, or locksmith might want to do something like this. Is it easily handled or do you have to manually try to "work around" to hide the address on sites that let you? Thanks!
