      Hi Mozzers

I am geting this very annoying message keeps popping up

      "Confirm

      Oops!

Something went wrong while trying to get your API Credentials. Please try again or check out the Help Hub if you are still experiencing issues"

Issue is I cant even read it on my screen as it gets cut off and there is no scroll so had to copy and past into word to be able to read it.

I had the issue for the last sever hours, is this my account or more general.

      Thanks

      Andy

Thanks Vijay, its only on my windows machine (I really only use it for Server Log Analysis) and the above seems like to much work. Its working fine on the Mac - so will just install and leave it off the windows machine.

          Hi Andy,

Here are some things you can try to get it working:

          1. Make sure you are not in incognito mode
          2. Un-install your MozBar plugin.
          3. Un-install and re-install Chrome.
          4. Turn off any additional plugins these could be interfering with MozBar
          5. Check to see if the address bar is hiding the extension icons: http://www.screencast.com/t/7cLHKkOP
          6. Disable any software firewall or security apps.
          7. Clear all cache and cookie data related to moz.com
          8. Re-install your MozBar plugin here.
          9. Try again to Sign-in into your Moz account here and the MozBar.

Clearing your cache and cookies of all Moz related data is a very important step since we've recently required authentication for the toolbar to function properly.

Sending over the below information to help@moz.com would be a huge help in efforts on diagnosing the issue, so if the above steps don't work for you, can you please perform the following steps and send over this screenshot to moz?

          1. Click on this icon in the upper right corner of Chrome -  http://www.screencast.com/t/HUj3m4DGuoqK
          2. Move the cursor over 'More Tools' and then click on 'Developer Tools' -http://www.screencast.com/t/B7SIh7qiPj
          3. Click into the 'Console' tab - http://www.screencast.com/t/itHrYuuq
          4. Make sure MozBar is running and then refresh the page if needed.
          5. Take a screenshot of the results (the entire window is recommended) and send that to us.
          6. What version of MozBar are you running?
          7. What is your OS version?

I hope this helps.I look forward to hearing back from you about the above.

          Thanks,

          Vijay
