Should I no follow the embed code for youtube videos on my site?

Since it is not an internal page, would it make sense to nofollow links to my youtube videos throughout my site?

I think that linking out with followed links is generally a good idea

My first thought is "No, you shouldn't".
First of all, nofollow is a tool to stop other websites from getting link juice. This is primary for websites you don't trust. But I believe you trust Youtube, right?
Plus that it's your own videos on Youtube that you link to, another reason to not put nofollow.

Main Site Social Media SEO impact on different product specific site
Hi, Few months ago I have created a minisite for a particular product category for the online store Giftcampaign.es with a different domain name. The idea was to focus this minisite on selling personalized usb memories and to have a different design, functionality and content that the main one (the site is http://www.usbpersonalizado.es). What I have done here is to link on my site the Social Markers of Facebook and LinkedIn of the parent site GiftCampaign.es, as we are not planning to open and maintain an account for those social networks, and we are already maintaining the ones for the parent site. I would like to know if the SEO Positioning of my minisite can benefit from the links of the Social Networks of the parent site or whether it makes not really an impact in SEO positioning unless I create and maintain new social network accounts for the different minisites that I create with different domain names. Social media signals from Facebook comment plugin on your site?
If you are using the Facebook social plugin on your site like ThinkGeek does for comments: http://www.thinkgeek.com/product/ed6b/ Are there any positive social signals from people leaving comments that could impact the SEO of the page? I searched the text of some comments in quotations in Google and it appears that the first few comments are indexed but most are not.

Leverage other peoples author rank for your site?
Hi quick question, lets say you find writers in your niche and get them to do a guest post for your site and they have also built up alot of author rank (active google+ account, tones of social media followers). From my understanding you cannot leverage their author rank for your site since their google+ profile needs to be connected to your site? Unless it connected, you will not get any author rank benefit? Cheers, Mark

Redesigning our agency site. A blank slate, any suggestions...?
I'm an SEO at a Web Design Agency and we are just about to start work on a new site. We have a complete blank slate to work with and the designers / developers will honor any requests I make. I'm not asking you guys to do my job for me, I've been doing a lot of research and I have a large feature set ready. However I am interested in what you guys would go for in this situation. What cool new SEO features can we use? Any examples of websites that you like? The creatives are very keen on HTML5, parallex scrolling and very minimalist design. Are links from Pinterest 'do follow'/do they have any SEO benefit?
Afternoon all, I know there is a question about Pinterest that was asked in February but I guess it was a fairly new beast then and people were still unsure about its use for marketing/SEO etc. I run an events business and on our Pinterest profile I tend to pin random stuff I find on the net, themes we are running (directly from our website) and other Pinterest users. I have received several 're-pins' and people are really starting to follow us now. What I am keen to know is whether or not having lots of followers/re-pins on Pinterest has the same effectiveness from an SEO perspective as having lots of Facebook/Twitter/Google+ followers and whether or not these re-pins are 'do follow' links or have any SEO benefit whatsoever?
