Moz Local and Apple Maps: How does the listing update work?

Hello, how are apple maps updated via Moz Local? We have a client who changed their business name within the last six months. We noticed one of the few items that has not changed to date within their Moz dashboard is the name of the business on Apple Maps. In the Accuracy grid, the only item not checked within the Apple Maps column is the business name.

Does anyone know how this process works within the Moz Local portal? Is there something we can do to advance the name change on our end?

Apple Maps are updated in the same way the other partner listings are updated - could you please pop an email over to help@moz.com about this, along with the business name/phone number/address of the affected listing, so we can investigate this issue further for you and see if there's anything that may be holding up the update on Apple Maps?
