I had toxic backlinks attacks from some rivals that increased my spam score to 33% how to reduce and fix it ?

I disavowed around 300 toxic urls but nothing happened

@askusedu so far it was updated but I just forgotten about it , but it seems many competitors and spa-mers increaser are taking it as job to make backlinks so you need at least monthly check up and disavow list of them otherwise if you are SS are more than 50 % then you may end up from google permanently

I have a similar attack on my website. My website https://askusedu.com/ is just a few months old, and it seems some competitors have create a lot of spam backlinks and increased my spam score to 28%.
After checking MOZ's articles, I can assure that i have all the necessary information on my website like genuine contact details, email, phone number, google tracking codes, and I'm not performing any spammy or shady activities.
