I think that if done in a large scale these could provide a bit of value for a website if you could do it to a scale as GoDaddy recently has. Otherwise it is generally not going to add much value.

Hi,
In regards to the keyword difficulty report. The colors are green and red. Green represent the page level metrics with the darker the color the higher the authority. The red represent the domain level metrics with deeper color representing higher authority.
In terms of questions 2. I would have to try it out again as I haven't used the Term extractor in a bit. If you send me a note or message with domain I might be able to help you out.
