It could be because you don't have enough high-quality backlinks. Since low-quality backlinks won't raise your domain authority, concentrate on constructing high-quality backlinks, like I do on my website.

RE: Domain Authority Not Changed?
A identical problem has been plaguing me for the past month. Not all backlinks are being picked up by Google, even when they are created on high DA websites. It appears that not even the ones it recognizes are updating my domain authority.

RE: Domain Authority Not Changed?
Hello everyone,
According to a few posts I've seen regarding MOZ DA upgrades, updating a website's DA or PA often takes three to five weeks. But it doesn't seem to work to me.
However, my website's DA is remained at 42 after more than three months. Despite this, we consistently produce excellent websites.
I suppose we may be deficient in a few other areas that MOZ takes into account while calculating the DA score.

Amazing information. I really enjoyed reading this thread and discussion by the people. As someone who is involved in this for many years, I would like to refer Ochre Clothing. It's not only focused on discussing the topic inside out but also "Benefits". Hope everybody enjoys reading the blog.

RE: Is there an easy way to see how competitive a local search term is?
Yes, several tools and methods can help assess the competitiveness of a local search term. One straightforward approach is to conduct a manual search on search engines like Google, using the target search term and observing the number of results returned, as well as the types of websites ranking prominently. Additionally, utilizing keyword research tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs can provide insights into search volume, competition level, and potential difficulty for ranking locally. These tools often offer data on keyword difficulty scores, estimated competition levels, and suggested bid amounts for paid search campaigns. Analyzing local business directories, competitor websites, and social media platforms can also offer valuable insights into the competitiveness of specific search terms within your locality. By combining these methods, businesses can gain a comprehensive understanding of the competitiveness of local search terms and formulate effective strategies for optimizing their online presence.
