I have compared my traffic from Jan-15 to Dec-15 and found traffic increased but pageviews decreased on few pages. Is this any issue?

How does Indeed.com make it to the top of every single search despite of having aggregated content or duplicate content
How does Indeed.com make it to the top of every single search despite of having duplicate content. I mean somewhere google says they will prefer original content & will give preference to them who have original content but this statement contradict when I see Indeed.com as they aggregate content from other sites but still rank higher than original content provider side.

"Null" appearing as top keyword in "Content Keywords" under Google index in Google Search Console
Hi,
"Null" is appearing as top keyword in Google search console > Google Index > Content Keywords for our site http://goo.gl/cKaQ4K . We do not use "null" as keyword on site. We are not able to find why Google is treating "null" as a keyword for our site. Is anyone facing such issue.
Thanks & Regards

RE: After Server Migration - Crawling Gets slow and Dynamic Pages wherein Content changes are not getting Updated
It should not be. check your page load time. If pages takes longer to load than google bot may bounce off. Check your webmaster tool as see if there are any server errors showing.

RE: Interlinking using Dynamic URLs Versus Static URLs
Hi Erica,
Many Thanks for responding.
You have suggested to use utm parameters in urls while doing internal linking. however the utm parameters are used to track campaigns like adwords paid program. Can utm parameters be used for tracking internal linking. If yes, what will be the campaign source & campaign medium.
Will if affect the rankings if we have only dynamic tracking urls interlinked and the corresponding static urls are not linked from anywhere on the site.

Will interlinking using dynamic parameters in url help us in increasing our rankings
Hi,
Will interlinking our internal pages using dynamic parameters(like abc.com/property-in-noida?source=footer) help us in increasing our rankings for linked pages OR we should use static urls for interlinking

RE: Interlinking using Dynamic URLs Versus Static URLs
Hi Erica,
Thanks for your suggestions however i am not very clear with the same.
Do you mean interlinking will not improve the rankings or linking tracking urls(not static urls) will not help in rankings.
Answer to your question - We are linking the pages since these are related pages & we expect these pages would be of interest to users. We are not able to track the click rate right now on these related links due to which we wanted to add tracking parameters(Case 2 in my question) to these links.

Interlinking using Dynamic URLs Versus Static URLs
Hi Guys,
Could you kindly help us in choosing best approach out of mentioned below 2 cases.
Case. 1 -We are using: We interlink our static pages(www.abc.com/jobs-in-chennai) through footer, navigation & by showing related searches. Self referential Canonical tags have been implemented.
Case. 2 -We plan to use: We interlink our Dynamic pages(www.abc.com/jobs-in-chennai?source=footer) through footer, navigation & by showing related searches. Canonical tags have been implemented on dynamic urls pointing to corresponding static urls
Query 1. Which one is better & expected to improve rankings.
Query 2. Will shifting to Case 2 negatively affect our existing rankings or traffic.
Regards

RE: Using a lot of "Read More" Hidden text
It used by many huge sites is to pre-load code, navigation, or content in the background so that it can be dynamically displayed as needed. The most common technique for accomplishing this is through the use of the CSS display: none attribute.
Unfortunately, you can also use display: none to simply hide text. This is where the perceived problem comes in. People worry that the use of display: none to hide content(and show when user asks for it) or for code that is really meant for screen readers can lead them into trouble. The legitimate use of this technique is so prevalent that I would rarely expect search engines to penalize a site for using the display: none attribute. It’s just very difficult to implement an algorithm that could truly ferret out whether the particular use of display: none is meant to deceive the search engines or not.
I usually use this tactics to make the page more user friendly and it is useful for the user too. User don't get bombarded by a large content piece and I am not fooling the user/google. I am giving the option to the user to read more if he wants to.
"display: none"
What it does :- the functionality is same - when user clicks "read more" it opens and when user click "less" it closes.
How it defeats the "cloaking" idea:- When google crawls your page where the full content is there (text based browser, not java enabled) and when user sees the page there is a "read more" link and by clicking it it shows the full content. So you are not showing two different things to google & user. it solves the problem.there shouldn't be a a cloaking problem. Its tested.
Hope this helps...

RE: Using a lot of "Read More" Hidden text
Hi khi5
I analyzed your page. You are doing just fine. you are using CSS display none. You are not doing any cloaking.
You are doing the right thing.
1. not fooling google
2.not fooling user
3.giving the user a better user experience.
Don't worry you are not applying any "black hat" technique. You will not get penalized.

RE: Microsites: Subdomain vs own domains
I prefer the second option as you dont have to build Domain Authority for both the domains seperately. Building Links and DA is a cumbersome task in itself and doing it double is double the effort.
Building links for a single domain for one domain is half the task and double the profit. Both your sub-folders will benefit from the main domain authority.
Hope it helps.

Why Open Site Explorer is Showing 0 Total Internal Links?
Open Site Explorer is reporting "0" value under "Total Internal Links" as well as "Internal Followed Links" metrics for my website. I have a good interlinking of pages throughout the site.
Is there an issue with OSE (Open Site Explorer) crawler ? OR There are some crawling problems with our Website's structure ?
Can anybody please give an idea or recommendations on this ? -
RE: Root domain or sub domain
You should put a canonical tag on http://aa.rental.com point to http://www.aa.rental.com. When search engines bot sees the canonical tag it will crawlyour main site http://www.aa.rental.com and hence no dulicate content issue.
