Unfortunately, MozCon tickets are non-refundable/non-cancellable and not eligible to be used towards future MozCon events but may be transferred to another attendee. The deadline to transfer a ticket to another attendee is Friday, May 17, 2024.

Your in-person ticket includes access to the full 2-day conference program as well as breakfast, lunch, and snacks each day of the conference. You'll also get access to our networking events on Monday and Tuesday, some way cool swag and the MozCon 2024 videos after the conference wraps up.

MozCon is unlike other conferences in that we don't accept pitches for our speakers. Instead, we have a seasoned speaker committee who hand select our lineup using a robust selection process. We have high standards, and our small selection committee typically sees all presenters give talks at other conferences before inviting them to MozCon. The only exception is our Community Speaker spots which are designed to highlight up-and-coming, fresh speakers and the call for pitches for these spots is now closed.

Yes, we can! MozCon is rich in value. We're big believers in conference ROI, whether it's giving you actionable tactics to apply to your daily work or creating key connections among our speakers, Community, and Mozzers. Unlike most conferences, our speakers go through a selection process and slide deck review to ensure high quality; you'll see the best of the best in both content and variety. Your in-person ticket price also includes a recording of the MozCon speaker presentations which you can share with your team.

No, we do not allow walk-up ticket purchases. All tickets must be pre-purchased ahead of the event. The cutoff for ticket sales is May 31st, 2024. Please note that we cannot guarantee meal preferences or availability/sizing for swag for late registrations. If you miss the registration window, MozCon Livestream passes will be available for purchase through June 2nd, 2024 and speaker video bundles will be available for purchase to non-attendees approximately 30-days post-event.

MozCon 2024 is taking place on Level 5 of the Seattle Convention Center's Summit Building at 900 Pine Street, Seattle, WA.

Yes, the Seattle Convention Center is fully accessible, and our layout accommodates everyone.

MozCon is hosted in Seattle, WA in the Pacific Time zone. The Schedule therefor will run on PT. Please note that the Livestream Broadcast is live from the Seattle stage and will also run on PT without instant replay.

For MozCon 2024, we have a Livestream pass option for those who are unable to join us in-person in Seattle, WA. The Livestream pass provides access to view a live, real-time broadcast directly from the MozCon Seattle stage without instant replay. Livestream access may not be shared and is tied to the unique email address of the registered pass holder.

In short, whatever makes you comfortable! MozCon is pretty casual, so no need to bring your slacks (unless you want to)! Seattle temperatures in June are lovely but evenings can be a bit chilly and there will be A/C in the conference hall, so you may want to layer up, just in case.

Yes! Groups of 4 or more looking for in-person tickets can save $100 off each ticket with our group rate.

Yes! Our official MozCon hotel is the Hyatt Regency Seattle in downtown Seattle, WA. It is located directly across the street from the Convention Center where MozCon is held and offers MozCon attendees a nightly discounted rate for stays from June 2nd through 5th, 2024 including complimentary wi-fi in your guest room.

No, you don't! You will learn important SEO concepts and theories that are independent of tools. However, if you’re not a Moz Pro customer, you will need a free Moz Community account (sign up here) to access the Moz Academy content!

Yes. In addition to our TAGFEE core values, we have adopted a code of conduct for further inclusiveness for attending marketers of all stripes. We take the safety of our community very seriously and any attendees who violate our Code of Conduct may be asked to leave the conference without a refund at the sole discretion of the MozCon Team and Moz Leadership.

MozCon is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form.

All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience including people of many different backgrounds. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks. As we serve a tech savvy audience, communication does include social media postings by attendees concerning MozCon.

Be kind to others. Do not insult or put down other attendees. Behave professionally. Remember that harassment and sexist, racist, or exclusionary jokes are not appropriate for MozCon.

Attendees violating these rules may be asked to leave the conference without a refund at the sole discretion of the conference organizers.

MozCon is a business conference geared towards professionals working in the search and digital marketing industry with most attendees joining for professional development and to network with industry peers. All networking events are 21+.

MozCon sessions are recorded and edited by our team of professional Audio Visual Production crew. We ask that attendees do not record the sessions themselves.

We are fortunate to have our Moz staff of over 150 available as volunteers at MozCon and won't be requiring any additional assistance.
